  Literally just signed up as a IHG rewards member, Justine and Carlos (front desk) set the standards high, I am looking forward to my next IHG stay. Hotel lobby, hallways and rooms are very clean, nice pool area, along with free parking. Excited to go back once the 2 water slides and lazy river is complete. The pool is open during renovation.

  Friendly and efficient check-in/checkout staff. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no room safe and the refrigerator did not have a freezer. TV channel choices were limited compared to other Holiday Inns. Fitness room has both weight training and cardio options available, although, the room was uncomfortably hot. Hotel is within walking distance to several eateries, shopping and a casino. On the downside, I could hear the guest in the next room coughing and when they were using the bathroom. Morning shower water was luke warm at 8:00. Watch your step when arriving/departing, there’s a mine field of dog poop in the rock landscape outside the hotel. As a gentle suggestion, management could raise lodging rates on pet owners to compensate employees for having to clean up the mess. You can also offer guests (without pets) free breakfast as mine field compensation.

  A very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is well taken care of. A small water park is under construction on the property, which will be a great addition (wish it was open for our stay)! There is no casino, but a few close by if that's what you're in town for. The restaurant on-property could've been a bit better.

  The room was fine and everything was clean. I am posting this review to let people know that as of July 2026 breakfast is $10 per person. This isn’t disclosed anywhere and there’s not even a sign telling you where breakfast is. It is a buffet that is on par with what you would normally get for a free continental breakfast at any other Holiday Inn.
