  Very nice rooms. Large with double sink. Good air conditioning. Great pillows and nice carpeting.

  Not especially outstanding definitely not the worst but a far cry from good. We made an online reservation which they called to change to accommodate an ADA customer. When we arrived they first told us they did not have a room. Then they found a single (we booked a double) and no pull outs. Housekeeping swooped in got a roll away for us. Poor front desk service! 5 star house keeping! She saved the day. We did get a discount after I made an issue out of their screw up. They were going to charge us full price!

  1. Very expensive for what you get 2. The restroom has a strong cleaning chemical smell. I can barely stay in it for more than 2 minutes. 3. Housekeeping banging on my door 8am on the day I’m supposed to checkout. I can understand if they want to clean the room at 10:30 but 8am? My checkout time is 11am.

  Delfina Louise was very disrespectful when I saw someone ask for a non alcoholic drink with nasty attitude. All the other bartenders are very polite . 0 stars.

  Reservations were made At least a week ahead. I requested an ADA handicapped room and explained I was in a power wheelchair at the time of booking. 2 days prior to our arrival I received a call from the hotel asking if I definitely needed that ADA room because they were overclocked. I them again I definitely did because of of my mobility issues and being in a power wheelchair. The man they called reassured me that he would put me in that room and make a notation of do not move. We arrived for a reservation at 3:00 p.m. and were given a standard room. They told us they had already given the Ada room to somebody that had checked in earlier. I explained I was a do not move and a young woman at the desk said she could see that comment and was sorry but they had already given that room to somebody else. I went to look at room 131 to see if there was any way I could possibly make it work and found that that the doorway to the bathroom was so narrow. I could not even get my wheelchair inside. She apologized and said she didn't know what happened but it didn't help the situation. Then we had to start looking for another 88 handicapped room at the last moment and everything mudlock was filled. We had to drive another hour before we could find something. Very unscrupulous cooking policies. You could be reassured at the time of booking that they will hold the room for you but it really doesn't mean anything.
