  I had a wonderful stay at the Wynn. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the room itself was beautifully decorated, elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was excellent throughout my stay. Room service was great, and the housekeeping was also very attentive and thorough. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience. I would definitely stay at the Wynn again and highly recommend it.

  ★★★★★ Five stars for the Revelry experience at Wynn Las Vegas! Roman Massier and his entire team created an exceptional event from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the outstanding food and beverage offerings to the incredible festival atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the Icon buffet. The food was spectacular, and the talented chefs delivered a truly unforgettable culinary experience. The entire event was epic and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Revelry and will definitely attend again next year. Thank you to Roman and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience!

  This is my third stay at Wynn Las Vegas over the past five years, and the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. Not because of the immaculate rooms or the breathtaking views, though both were true this visit as always, but because of Allen, who checked me in at arrival. His thoughtfulness was genuinely heartwarming. Allen walked me through the perks of my booking without me having to ask, and when he informed me of a room upgrade, he did it with real warmth and sincerity. So often these perks come with a "consider yourself lucky" undertone. Allen made it feel like heartfelt hospitality instead, kind, gracious, and an absolute gentleman throughout. Booked through Amex FHR, and this stay was a clear reminder of why I keep coming back to this property. Already looking forward to my fourth visit, and hoping Allen's at the desk when I arrive.

  Steve Wynn created a masterpiece. This is the most beautiful resort on the strip . But they did honor the deal and deals for room credits and that was petty . The parking guys insist on having only keys and will not use passcodes and key phones dedicated to the car. So despite me programming car to turn on and off for them at will they refused to park it. Other strange problems were in the information dept. There was a lot of bad time wasting information conveyed at check in . It was comical how the call center did not j is there was vip parking for the towers putting anniversary couple in the corner against the wall was dumb and noted. See photo. Unnecessary when you have lots of tables at 1230 during weekday (day after Labor Day). Just a lot of petty things they think high end clients do not notice. It just made me rethink going back to

  We stayed on a short get away trip and asked the front desk about an upgrade. The agent, Scott, checked his system and quoted us a suite at $465 a night. When we came back to take it, a manager refused to honor the quote. Fine, mistakes happen. What doesn't happen at a real luxury hotel is what came next. After the manager walked away, Scott told my wife "you lied," out loud, in front of other guests, for repeating the exact quote his own colleague gave us minutes earlier. But the reason I'm writing this review is how the Director of Guest Experience, Kip, handled it. Instead of owning his team's error and the insult to a guest, he positioned himself as a judge between us and his employee, weighing our word against Scott's as if we were two parties in a dispute rather than paying guests insulted by his staff. He was defensive from the first minute. When he later approached us himself to apologize, he then refused to let me finish describing what happened, interrupting me over and over until I finally asked him why he came back to talk to us if he had no intention of listening. He had no answer. Along the way he repeatedly lectured me about how I should behave, a guest experience director telling the insulted guest how to conduct himself, while the employee who called my wife a liar apparently needed no such coaching. I ended the conversation myself, because there was no conversation, just a manager managing us instead of the problem. A credit was offered. This was never about money as I was about to willingly spend about $1500 more just on upgrades. It was about basic respect, and neither the front desk nor the person whose entire job is guest experience could manage it. We travel often and stay at high end properties regularly. This was the first time a hotel employee has ever called one of us a liar, and the first time management's response made it worse instead of better. Look elsewhere on the Strip if how you're treated matters to you.
