  We wanted a hotel off the strip and this was perfect. We had a great view and the room and service was excellent.

  I only gave them 4 ⭐️'s because the A/C didn't work the first night. But I let management know and it was fixed within 20 minutes. The services were great and I got to see the Las Vegas Sphere from my room.

  A great hotel! I've been a guest here since 2018, I stay here quite often for work. It's a well run, well maintained hotel that has improved a lot in just the last year with very clean, very spatious rooms and excellent customer service from the front-desk staff.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Platinum Hotel, and a huge part of what made it so memorable was the incredible kindness of the manager, Lindsay. I was in Las Vegas with my granddaughters for two BTS concerts and a visit to the Sphere. When we arrived, our original room wasn’t quite ready, so we went over to Tuscany for something to eat and came back later. What happened next was completely unexpected. Lindsay upgraded us, at no additional charge, to an incredible top-floor two-bedroom, two-bath suite with a huge kitchen, dining area and an enormous balcony. She told me she had been waiting for a nice family to give the suite to, and that she loved that a grandmother was bringing her granddaughters to Las Vegas for this special trip. But Lindsay’s kindness didn’t stop with the upgrade. When our travel plans became difficult, she offered us an additional night at the hotel at no charge so we wouldn’t have to worry. She even personally drove us to the airport. The location was also fantastic. The Platinum is within walking distance of both the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere, which made getting around incredibly convenient. We loved being close to everything without having to stay right in the middle of the noise and crowds of the Strip. Those gestures meant more to me than Lindsay probably realized. The beautiful suite was an amazing surprise, but what I will remember most is the genuine care and kindness she showed my granddaughters and me. She took what was already going to be a very special trip and helped turn it into a memory we will talk about for years. The Platinum itself was comfortable, spacious and wonderfully located, but exceptional hospitality ultimately comes down to people. Lindsay went far beyond anything we could have expected, and she exemplifies what exceptional hospitality should look like. Thank you, Lindsay, and thank you to The Platinum Hotel for helping make our Las Vegas trip unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again — and I can’t recommend The Platinum highly enough.
