- BJBlaine Jacobson3 days ago2.0Nice hotel and superb location. What marred our Oct 2026 stay were lack of staffing, items needing maintenance and a couple of staff with a surly attitude. Small items like flickering light bulbs needing to be changed, empty soap dispensers, and showers that drained slowly suggests a lack of staffing. We arrived at 2 p.m. hoping for an early check-in. We were told to wait until 3 p.m. Fair enough. There were also other groups of guests hanging out in the lobby with luggage waiting for 3 p.m. to roll around so we knew it wasn't just us. We had a meeting to be at and wouldn't be back until late. We were assured we would be checked in when our room was ready and information texted to us. By 4 p.m. we still hadn't heard anything. There was no online check-in available at this property so I ducked out of my meeting to run back to the hotel to make sure we had a room instead of coming out on the short end of a fully-booked and overwhelmed hotel staff. Breakfast offerings were above average but popular items were depleted quickly and not replenished.
- RLRandy LewisOct 4, 20265.0Came for Chiefs/Raiders game. This was the perfect location for us. Short walk to Allegiant Stadium. Suites have a full kitchen, living room, big bathroom. Outstanding.
- GMGricelda MartinezSep 20, 20265.0Stayed here to go to the chris brown concert. The location was great since it's a quick walk. The room overall was nice and clean. Two things that needs to get fixed are the lights. Most of them didn't work. And the shower head was placed in a weird spot so showering felt awkward the way you had to move around.

- JHJames HSep 8, 20263.0When I come here, the staff is always nice and the rooms are always clean and quiet. They have a paid parking service is ridiculous to set up. Luckily, the front desk was nice enough to charge the $20/night to my room.
