  So for a weekly and a monthly this place gets five stars for the remodeled no bugs no cochroaches , nice turf nice paint job nice larger interior I love my bathroom has a vanity mirror and ledge . The suites in the direct competition cant compare, this place is 60 cheaper the rooms here are bigger remodeled the rooms at the suites have bugs its so gross. Not a single bug here. I love the cleanliness of the property the only reason id give it four stars is because they want my guest people that are only here to pick me up or for short times less then two hours and yet the office requires that I have all my friends in my private life to come and pay 11 dollars and let them run a background check on anyone who gets out of their cars. Which is not legal by Nevada state law the landlord is not aloud to regulate a tenants guests and that through NRS 118A.320 a guest is entitled to peace and comfortable enjoyment of rental. Aside from that whole invasion of privacy causing discomfort, this place is cheaper , cleaner. Nicer looking the grounds are really nice appearance inside and out is quite comfortable. Lots of parking and across the street from 711 Albertsons del taco sushi twister Starbucks Planet Fitness(Which they have some kind of discount for) They have barbecue all over the place a circle k and gas station next door...everything you need nearby and its obviously safer then it has been in previous years.

  Do not rent from this place. What happened to me here is inhumane and has left me with no place to live. Somebody started a rumor about something and actually called security and got them involved. I do not even know who this woman is, but apparently she has been watching me or something. The security is so strict and they do not even give you a chance to defend yourself. They go get management involved and make sure that you get thrown out into the streets! What this woman did was insane and cruel. She just ruined my entire life. It took so long for me to find an apartment that I could actually live in, because I have breathing issues. It wasn’t perfect but it was livable, and that got taken from me almost as soon as I moved in. I didn’t deserve being thrown out without management even speaking to me! What kind of crap is that? They won’t even hear you out or try to work with you, even over something as petty as this. Just go somewhere else unless you want to be harassed and scrutinized. More to the story coming.

  5 stars cuz it's quiet peaceful and clean, some places like this actually most places like this Right when you enter the property as far as I piss this place not even like that is awesome also there's not a lot of homeless in area or hangin out here either , it's also in a great location literally you have an Albertsons across the street so you actually get semi-normal priced foods unlike being closer to the strip You pay astronomical prices so convenience and savings here is amazing

  I dont live here but I have worked with people who did. Also. Ive never seen the inside of a unit. But if you live here you will become very familiar with the sight of police cars. This is one of those dicey places people on the fringe call home. So drugs, petty theft, car break ins, a hooker here and there will be common. They do have security. But. Come on. How much you gonna stick your neck out for, for $15 and hour? That said. Maybe they have cleaned up their act? Im really not the guy who's going to know for sure. They had a bar on property that had a knights of the round table decor. It was a dump. And has been closed down for years. Im surprised no one has turned it into a weed store. Is there a rule against that? No idea. The place would make a killing
