A young friend and I did the Sky Jump off the Stratosphere on a recent trip to Vegas. It was her first time to do something one could call extreme. She did great and enjoyed it. This was a bit tame for me considering some of the things I've done before, but I enjoyed jumping off the platform in a skydiving position. The cable pulls you upright immediately, but it was neat to see the Vegas strip while coming down, and it does seem pretty quick when you are coming down. Maybe not like freefall, but you're much closer to the ground here, so it does seem quite fast. And it slows you down right at the last few yards. I had a super soft landing, my friend's was good, but not quite as easy as mine. It isn't like a skydive freefall or a bungee jump. You don't bounce like a bungee jump and you are at a controlled downward speed on the cable. You only feel that sense of falling for the first couple of seconds and then you just feel the downward movement. It's about a safe as can be for the thrill. They give you nice, clean looking jumpsuits, take all possible precautions to ensure that you are safe and enjoying your experience. Also they don't charge you and arm and a leg for the folder of photos like most of the places wanted. We went in March, on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded.

Incredible, was totally scared but they made me feel at ease. The feeling was truly stunning and for those worried about safety (as I was initially) don’t! Also you don’t need to ‘jump’ you just need to release the handle bars and lean forward, gravity does the rest! Thank you for an amazing experience

If you’re in The STRAT SkyJump, this is a must-do experience! I just did the SkyJump and honestly, it’s one of the craziest adrenaline rushes you can get in Las Vegas. Standing at the top looking down is intense, but once you take that step off—it’s pure excitement all the way down. The staff was super professional and made me feel safe the entire time, explaining everything clearly and keeping the energy fun. The views from the top of the Stratosphere Tower are unreal, especially seeing the whole city before the jump. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you’re looking for something unforgettable, this is it. I’d 100% do it again!

WOW I wish I could give more stars . The staff was so amazing on 4/25 I scheduled a jump and I had a great time ! What stood out to me the most was the wonderful staff , I could tell they were having staffing issues because people were out but they were all WORKING TOGETHER , COMMUNICATING , ALL IN A GOOD MOOD , young people working properly and organized was so nice to see there was Clem , Liset , a young man working the desk who helped me with my cameras / the glasses that weren’t connecting so we went with a different camera, the young lady who strapped me up & the two woman at the top were phenomenal I will definitely be coming back !! Thankyou so much !
