I frequently visit Silverton Casino with my mom, but this past weekend was a blast. Some friends were visiting from out of town, staying at the hotel and had a cabana at the pool and decided to join them. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Our waitress, Christina provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, personable, and incredibly fast with everything we needed. Thank you to our waitress! The food was great also! Thank you Silverton we had a wonderful time.

    1) this place I was told that there was a parking space for a truck and a trailer in this place, and indeed, they have a parking lot the size of three football fields, and everything is empty, everything is free, but as soon as I parked, the security kicked me out, explaining that my truck was too big. 2)There is no breakfast here—which is interesting, considering I paid $446 for two nights, plus a $282 deposit and some fees. 3) If you want to take a walk around the hotel, welcome to the world of the homeless—though that’s not the hotel’s fault; I simply wouldn't recommend leaving the premises.

A good off strip hotel. Doesn't have the hustle and hustle of strip hotels. There's no waiting in line to talk to someone at the desk. And the staff is very polite and helpful. The aquarium and mermaid show is great for all ages. Only downside is the dining options aren't as robust as a strip hotel, however they aren't as expensive either. Only negative I have, and it's purely a personal preference, I find the hotel room decor to be kind of ugly. But the rooms are clean and so are the restaurants and casino, and that's all that matters.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. We arrived around 7:00 p.m. after driving more than eight hours with two young children. As soon as we got to our room, we discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and was told we would need to come back downstairs to switch rooms. Traveling with two small kids and multiple pieces of luggage, I asked if someone could simply come fix the plumbing issue instead of making us move everything. I was told maintenance would take care of it. Trusting that the issue was being handled, we went to dinner in the hotel. When we returned around 9:15 p.m., our room keys no longer worked. After calling the front desk, I was told—in a very dismissive and rude manner—that we no longer had access to our room because of the plumbing issue. The problem? Every single one of our belongings, including our luggage and our children’s necessities, was still locked inside. When I asked why no one had notified us that our room had been taken out of service, I was told they “tried to call” but “maybe had the wrong number.” That simply wasn’t true. I booked the reservation myself, confirmed my phone number at check-in, and never received a phone call, voicemail, or text message. Instead, at 9:30 p.m., after an exhausting day of travel, I was standing outside a locked hotel room with two exhausted young children and no access to our belongings. Not once did anyone sincerely apologize or show any empathy for the situation. Instead, I was met with hostility and indifference. I understand that maintenance issues happen. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service. This situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call before deactivating our room keys. The plumbing problem wasn’t what ruined our stay—it was the way your staff handled it. Families deserve better than to be left stranded late at night without communication, compassion, or accountability. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Customer service from team members was fantastic - including valet parking, bellhop to and from room, and check in with Madison. The service had a personal feel to it, unlike some of the big commercial chains on the strip that come across as uncaring and just rush you in & out. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Like the unique western decor of the room as well as the lodge feel of hotel casino. Looked like the room may of been remodeled in last few years. When it was 115 degrees outside, the air conditioning kept our room cool. Refrigerator in room at no extra cost. Free valet and self parking offered. There is a Starbucks on site. Variety of food choices available in casino - Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Noodle walk up, Mexican & Steak dinner restaurants. Cracker Barrel Restaurant was across the parking lot from the hotel. Bass Pro Shop is attached. Only negative to mention is the casino has removed the old school dollar machines and replaced with new style slots. We found only one $5 old school dollar machine in high limit. Consider bringing old school dollar machines back? We plan on returning to Silverton.
