  Nice Cafe to eat inside there and plenty of machines. Got a nice fish tank in there with all kinds of seawater fish and you have a the mermaids there and a sporting place next door where you can get anything you really want in fishing, hunting or etc

  Excellent hotel...lots of free parking not a big casino but comfortable & safe... Rooms are spacious, clean smells nice...great sleep on comfy beds...modern, fridge included & ice machine on floor...highly recommend.... Lots of Excellent food options at fair prices... Pool & jacuzzi were Excellent...worth the resort fee...1st time I ever said that...heated pool...clean lots of sitting options... Bass pro shop on site with an **Amazing Aquarium where mermaids swim at times..a must visit when in Vegas...will return again thank you...

  Darrell the dice dealer no guest service and very aggressive. Not welcoming but hostile and rude rather than explaining the casino rules. Darrell with no explanation just straight authority. He tells me go somewhere else with aggressive tone. Surely not coming to this place again. So if you want to enjoy your night of entertainment with yourself and family dont go here. Darrell will tell you go somewhere else……..

  They treated me and my friends like they didn’t want us there cocktail waitress told me she wasn’t serving drinks but brought the guy next to me a jack and coke the entire night crew on the crapless tables were very rude and didn’t care how they treated us the moment we voiced our opinion they Pit Boss and his team I believe their names were ( Mark, Carlos, ying, and im not to sure what the last guy or the cocktail waitress name were ) but definitely will not take my money or friends and family here again the service was very unwelcoming (grave yard crew )

  We had reservations at Twin Creeks, so this was our first visit to Silverton. Parking in the garage was easy, with plenty of spaces available, which is always a nice way to start a casino visit in Las Vegas. Our first impression of the casino itself was that it felt a little dark and somewhat dated. That said, I understand they seem to be going for more of a rustic lodge atmosphere, so some of the darker décor may simply be part of the theme. Personally, I prefer a casino that's a little brighter. We stopped at the rewards desk to sign up for players cards, and the woman helping us mentioned that new members receive 25% off their first meal, excluding Johnny Rockets. Since we already had dinner reservations, I thought that was a really nice unexpected perk. After dinner, we presented the coupon to our server and discovered the discount was capped at $15. So, essentially, our dessert was comped. 😂 We had planned on paying full price anyway, so it certainly wasn't a big deal, but I do think the rewards desk should explain that it's 25% off up to a maximum of $15 when promoting the offer. That's quite different from simply saying 25% off your first meal, particularly when you're headed to one of the property's higher-end restaurants. Overall, though, the employees we encountered were friendly and welcoming, parking was convenient, and we had a very enjoyable evening. Silverton may be a little darker than my personal preference, but we would definitely return.
