  I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff made the experience even better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, supportive, and responded very quickly to any request. When I first entered the room, I found that the safe was locked. I informed the front desk, and they sent a technician who arrived within about five minutes and solved the issue. Later, I called to request bedding for the sofa bed, and it was delivered within just a few minutes. Their response time was impressive. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food, and the staff worked continuously to refill everything, so nothing was left empty even during busy times.

  What a great experience we had here! We are here due to a family member airlifted to Vegas due to a heart attack. First hotel was Hilton Grand Vacations on the strip. Beautiful with all the stuff…except…. The staff was so rude! The hotel caretakers, cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Bartenders were rude, front desk rude. We left there and came to this hotel for three nights. Rooms are very clean. The staff was absolutely hands down the nicest most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Amir at the front desk is a shining star and God sent! The o the front desk staff at every shift was phenomenal and beyond! Cleaning staff, so nice and kind!! It was an amazing stay!!! I could not be happier!! Thank you so much to everyone! Highly recommend due to location, staff and cleanliness. No it doesn’t have all the glam, shops and restaurants. Who cares when it comes with great staff and good hotel accommodations!!! When you arrive ask for Willy!!! Trust me, you won’t regret it!!! Love to all the staff! Thank you for being so kind to us as we sat bedside with our family member. I pray all people are as kind to you as you were to us! Spending more money doesn’t mean better service!!! And service is what people need!

  DON’T STAY, EVER! Immediately after staying at this hotel credit card started being used at holiday inn locations in Georgia and Louisiana? FRAUDULENT, CARD STOLEN BY SOMEONE IN THE ORGANIZATION. IHG was zero help in resolving. Hotels are independently owned. It’s not our problem. Call your bank. Thanks for nothing!

  I was disappointed to find out that parking costs an additional $20 per night on top of the room rate and all the other fees. Charging guests extra just to park at the hotel feels excessive and leaves a bad impression. Hotels need to stop normalizing these add-on charges. When I’m already paying for a room, I shouldn’t be surprised by another fee just to leave my vehicle on the property. Hidden or unexpected costs make it harder to see the true price of a stay. Knowing this, I’ll think twice before booking here again. Next time, I’ll either stay somewhere that includes parking or simply stay home. If you’re comparing hotels, make sure you factor in the parking fees before you book.

  I would give this place 3 stars because they charge for parking ($20 a night!!! Crazy!! ) and the hotel condition is more like 2-3 star but the staff is what makes up for it. They take care of the property and have an excellent and friendly attitude. If they were just standard this would have easily dropped down. Managers thank your staff.
