We stayed at Four Seasons Las Vegas over New Year's, and it was the perfect place to celebrate.
The service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and effortless. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, even during one of the busiest times of the year.
One of our favorite parts of staying here was being able to enjoy the excitement and energy of Mandalay Bay and the Las Vegas Strip, then return to the peaceful, quiet atmosphere of Four Seasons at the end of the day. It really offers the best of both worlds.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

I love this place. The manager was so accommodating when we didn't have reservations, he made sure we'd have brunch. We got to sit in the pool area until a table was ready. All the staff was so courteous. One of the best afternoons we had while visiting Vegas. We expected them to be snobs or racists and they were the complete opposite. Left a big tip 1000/10

I just had a wonderful weekend stay here and would highly recommend. I was immediately impressed upon arrival with them being so accommodating for my early check-in. The staff were so helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I even purchased a version of their pillows this morning! Also, the water pressure was outstanding.
For the Fourth of July, the special breakfast buffet was amazing. It was one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. Quality food, clean, and fresh.
At the pool, I had a chicken Cesar wrap, and it was great, too.
I also got engaged on Saturday, and the team made us feel so celebrated and cared for through the experience. We’ll remember this stay forever. Thank you!
Such a beautiful hotel! Location is great. I love that there’s no casino so it’s peaceful. The restaurants they have are top notch. The room is beautiful & comes with so much (slippers, robes, laundry bags, white noise machine, speakers, etc). Fitness center is huge. Pool is cozy but you also have access to mandalay’s pool. Will definitely be back!
Wow where to begin! We stayed here for three nights for the first time recently as a family of 3 plus 2 cats. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with a neat view of the strip. For cat families, they were extremely accommodating and room service provided a litter box, food dishes and a cozy pet bed for our boys. Additionally, they gifted our daughter a little bear from their gift shop. She loved it!
We tried the Bourbon restaurant and the brunch spot inside the hotel and both meals were very good, extremely filling, and the wait staff was more than friendly and even gave us a table scraper because we thought it was so cool. I also got to experience the spa for an evening and had a massage and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was genuinely one of the best professional massages I’ve had and I’ve had LOTS all over the world. Angel was my massage therapist and he was amazing!
Lastly, I want to highlight how awesome the guest services staff were. At the end of our stay, one of our cats got stuck and went missing, so they sent a security officer to come assist and were literally about to break down the bed before we found him. They were prompt and quick to help us find him. When we left, our luggage was mistakenly not loaded into our car and a gentleman named Joaquin in guest services was kind enough to drive it to our home (we live in the city). I am so grateful for the staff and experience we had during our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay everytime I could now. The strip is cool, but this Mandalay Bay is quiet and chill and you get a break from the rowdiness of it.
Honorable mentions: the pool was great, very kid friendly, had lifeguards staffed, great towel and drink service and friendly folks all around
