  Mucho lujo pero poca seguridad. Entre a tomar una bebida y deje mis gafas en un sillón , en 10 minutos habían desaparecido . Cuando volví a buscarlas nadie había visto nada. Justo en el bar de la recepción estaba la chica que nos vio sentarnos y pedirle. Decepcionante.

  Exceptional service, as always. I asked where the ice machine was, and not only did two different staff members ask if they could get it for us, they filled our ice bucket during turn down without us even mentioning it again. When I mentioned we preferred the old brand of bath products they used to use, they brought us a care package of the old brand items to our room, again without us even asking. It’s the kind of service we’ve never been able to get anywhere else in Vegas. Just truly exceptional, from start to finish.

  Close to the airport, so it's convenient, but use the sound machine. Rooms are great with views of the mountains in the distance no matter which side you are on.

  We had a wonderful stay! Everyone we encountered was so kind and friendly and helpful. Dining was fantastic (Veranda, Press, Bourbon Steak). House car was so helpful. Room was a perfect home away from home. A perfect little oasis away from the chaos and noise of the strip, but close enough to the action that nothing felt far away. Can’t wait to return!
