The hotel is perfectly located on the strip. The two hotels Wynn and Encore are interconnected. We had initially booked the two queens at Wynn but got upgraded to Two queens at Encore tower suites on floor 50.
The rooms are extremely clean, the service is amazing with great attention to detail. The booking doesn’t have breakfast but 50 USD of credit everyday upto 300 usd in total is good for breakfast at many of the places available. Casa Playa and Terrance pointe cafe are great for breakfast.
The views from the room and service were perfect. This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had

There are luxury resorts, and then there is the Wynn and Encore. This property is in a league of its own, and every time we visit, it truly feels like our absolute home away from home. We cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for the ultimate Las Vegas experience.
What separates this resort from everywhere else is the unparalleled, top-notch service. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and consistent across the board. From the second you walk up to the front desk, the check-in team makes you feel valued and genuinely welcomed.

The Concierge Desk: Incredibly knowledgeable and always eager to help pull together perfect plans.
The Pool Staff: Attentive, warm, and constantly making sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.
The Restaurants: Every single dining venue we visited delivered world-class service alongside excellent food.
The Cleaning Crew: Absolute rockstars. The housekeeping team is meticulous, detailed, and so polite.
Because of their incredible hard work, the rooms are spotlessly clean, pristine, and beautifully maintained. Every detail is immaculate.

Subject: Disappointing and Unacceptable Service Experience at a "5-Star" Price
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my current stay. I am paying over $500 USD per night on average, but the service has been an absolute disaster.
First, the housekeeping is unacceptable. The staff failed to even drain the used bathwater or clean the bathtub. What kind of "5-star" hotel operates like this?

Second, the room lack basic amenities. There was no kettle in the room. When I called housekeeping, they refused to provide one and transferred me to Room Service, who had the audacity to charge $11 USD (plus tax) just for hot water. When I asked if the water temperature was above 90°C for my instant noodles, the staff member had no idea and made absolutely no effort to check.

There's a reason this hotel is the best on the strip! We got to stay here for a couple of days for a quick Mother's Day spa trip for my wife, and I can tell you, from A to Z, this place is beautiful. The front desk people are super nice.
Room service was on point, and all the restaurants on the property – the buffet, La Cava, and Casa Playa – were delicious. I only have two things I want to point out: the steakhouse and fine dining don't allow kids under 5, which broke my heart because I wanted to take my wife for the best of the best but couldn't because of it. Also, I wanted to rent a cabana and tried, but you can only do it right there, and the cabana host yesterday was kind of rude. I tried to do it on the website, and it said someone would contact me, but that didn't happen. But overall, this place is great, and I'll review it again when we come back. Oh, and the room views are absolutely stunning, and the rooms are spacious! Enjoy, guys!

Sam is, without question, the gold standard of what a casino host should be. He has never once cut corners when it comes to making sure my friends, family, and I have everything we need for a memorable trip. From room accommodations to dining reservations to making sure the details are dialed in from start to finish — Sam handles it all with professionalism and genuine care. He communicates around the clock, and I mean that literally. When I had to catch a 5:30am flight straight from XS, Sam made sure I had a ride to the airport without missing a beat. That kind of thoughtfulness at that hour says everything about the person he is. Wynn is lucky to have him, and so are his players.

Keith, you and your team are genuinely the best in the business — no question, no close second. This past weekend was an absolute masterclass in what premium hospitality looks like. We went to see John Summit at LIV/FB, and our entire group spent the night talking about how different the experience was compared to what Wynn delivers. It wasn’t even close. That contrast made us appreciate what Keith and his team do on a completely different level. Getting us into EBC and XS last minute — on the fly — is the kind of thing most people don’t realize is even possible, let alone done so seamlessly. We never took a single moment for granted. We’re already talking about the next trip and hoping to be back before a wedding in September. Thank you, Keith. Truly.

To the best dealer team I have ever had the pleasure of sitting across from — thank you. Ana, Miguel, Luka, and Constantine run the grave shift High Limit room like the pros they are. Whether I’m walking away up or down, playing with this crew is always a highlight. They are my go-to roulette dealers, and that’s not something I say lightly. There’s a warmth, a rhythm, and a level of professionalism at that table that keeps me coming back every single time. I genuinely mean it when I say it would be a sad day to show up at the Wynn and not find them there. I hope Wynn management recognizes what they have in these four — they deserve raises, recognition, and every bit of generosity the high rollers can give them each week.
