  What a beautiful place in a weird location that’s run so incredibly poorly. Even though they’re already picking your pocket for the price of the room and the gambling you’re certainly gonig to do. They still have to price everything at ridiculous levels that make no sense! By the way, don’t make the mistake of bumping into something on the mini bar because they have sensors that will charge you even though you haven’t used what you’re being charged for. The last thing I want to add we had to fight with the hotel about charges to our room that we never made from places we had never been with time stamps at times we were both sleeping. So far from five star!!!

  The room is beautiful with wall sized window. Big bathroom with separate shower and tub. No guest fridge in the room, they charge you to rent one if you want one. They accidentally checked me out 2 hours after I checked in and made no gestures to make up the inconvenience it has caused. The iPad in the room that controlled everything never got reinstated but I was able to voice control using Alexa which was pretty sweet. Location is close to all the luxury brands and restaurants, walkable to Venetian and the fashion shopping mall. Wished theres an indoor pool but enjoyed my stay overall. Special shout out to room cleaning, the best service I have received during my week of stay there.

  No me alojé en el Encore, simplemente lo visité por fuera y por dentro. Me pareció muy similar al Wynn, tanto exteriormente, con prácticamente el mismo estilo de edificio, como en el interior, donde mantiene esa misma sensación de lujo y elegancia. Como curiosidad, el Encore abrió en 2008, tres años después que el Wynn, como una ampliación del complejo, y ambos hoteles están conectados entre sí. (Wynn Resorts) En general, un hotel precioso, elegante y muy cuidado, aunque personalmente me resultó difícil distinguirlo del Wynn en cuanto a estilo.

  Got my luggage stolen from my room while I was out for dinner. The security at night basically left me waiting all night without a word on when they would be investigating my case. I had to call on my own the next morning after a sleepless night in order to get anything started. It was a horrible experience and I was fearful and felt unsafe in the hotel after that. The people they hired to check who goes in and out of the hotel left their stations frequently and I find that to be negligent since thieves could take that opportunity to slip into the hotel. Also, the suitcase disappeared after one of their staff came into the room so I would not trust your stuff in any of these hotel rooms. Basically, you are on your own if something bad happens to you. They seem very under-staffed or incompetent to handle matters for the guests. For a hotel that appeals to the wealthy they seem to also draw criminals to steal whatever you bring to the hotel as a guest. Keep your eyes open and be on alert as I would not trust the “security” to help you in any way.

  I recently stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas for two nights\. I love staying at the Wynn, and it’s always one of my favorite places in Las Vegas\. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is still top\-notch\. Unfortunately, this stay had a few disappointing moments\. We requested housekeeping to clean our room, but the job was very poor\. The carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed, and there were still large crumbs from my toast on the floor from earlier in the day\. For a hotel with the Wynn’s reputation, I expected much better attention to detail\. I also received a promotional letter from the Wynn stating that I had free slot credit available\. However, when I went to redeem it, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t booked directly through the Wynn\. That was frustrating because the letter clearly indicated that I had free slot credit, and there was no clear explanation that booking through a third party would make me ineligible\. Finally, as someone who has worked in the landscaping industry for many years, I couldn’t help but notice that the property’s landscaping isn’t being maintained to the high standard I remember\. Many of the trees appear to need proper care, and the overall landscape is beginning to lose the pristine appearance that has always been part of the Wynn’s identity\. I still enjoy staying at the Wynn and hope these issues are addressed because it’s a world\-class resort, and I know it’s capable of delivering a much better experience\.
