  I DON’T KNOW HOW TO LEAVE NO STARS!!!! They canceled our PAID ROOM!!!! We found out when the rooms are selling for higher rates, they CANCEL Priceline customers! It took an HOUR of standing in a filthy loud casino to get dismissed!!! Lucky for us, Priceline was incredible ( they say this happens unfortunately, and they put us up in a 5 star hotel! So Priceline covered the cost for BW ignorance!! So the audacity and unprofessionalism of Best Western was a blessing. We will NEVER EVER book from Best Western again. Highly recommend that you find a different one as well!

  The real is a very nice hotel I love the couches Inside the Hotel the problem is that you can never get a live agent on the phone if you have any questions they give you a virtual agent. Then when you want the virtual agent to transfer you to a live agent the virtual agent tells you that that live agent is unavailable. They took a security deposit from my credit card of $400 and then they said that that is the result fee I told him I would not going to use the resort feed. But the front desk said that they have to take it anyway when I checked out on Sunday my deposit was never returned to me. They said that deposit was that the resort fee $400 which I never use the equipment and I never went to go swim I'm not going to stay at the Rio anymore because they take too much money and I never get it back when I booked it online I'm going to stay somewhere else but it's a very very nice hotel

  Unfortunately, my stay here was very disappointing from the moment I entered the room. Not sure why its rated 4 stars when its not. The pictures online are outdated it is not how it looks online. The first room I was given had an extremely strong odor that smelled like feces. It was not simply a musty or plumbing smell the room genuinely smelled as though someone had used the bathroom and left the room in that condition. The odor was bad enough that I immediately left the room and requested a different room. The second room was better, but still far below what I would consider an acceptable hotel room. There was a strong musty, stale odor, visible dust, insects around the sink, heavily worn and dirty carpet, and questionable stains and marks on the bedding. The mattress was old and uncomfortable i could feel the bed springs, and the pillows were hard and in poor condition. The room was also extremely noisy. I could clearly hear guests entering and exiting rooms around me, including loud doors opening and closing throughout the night. I could also hear people walking around in the rooms above me. The walls and floors provided very little sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the temperature. Cold air was noticeably seeping in through the window throughout the night, making the room uncomfortable even with the heat running. Overall, the room and property felt very old and poorly maintained. Between the condition of the room, the cleanliness concerns, insects, uncomfortable bedding, excessive noise, and cold air coming through the window, this was one of the poorest hotel stays I've experienced. I understand that older hotels can have some wear and tear, but the combination of all these issues made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay here again.

  Nie wiem, kto projektował to miejsce, ale podejrzewam, że nie był to zwykły architekt, lecz człowiek, który postanowił rzucić wyzwanie całej ludzkiej cywilizacji i udowodnić, że granice doskonałości są jedynie niepotrzebnym ograniczeniem wyobraźni. Ten hotel z kasynem to nie jest zwyczajny obiekt noclegowy. To architektoniczny manifest przepychu, świątynia rozrywki i ósmy cud świata, który najwyraźniej postanowił nie czekać na oficjalne uznanie UNESCO. Wnętrza robią takie wrażenie, że człowiek przez chwilę zastanawia się, czy przypadkiem nie pomylił hotelu z pałacem królewskim. Każdy detal, każde światło, każdy element wystroju zdaje się krzyczeć: tutaj przeciętność nie ma prawa wstępu! Kasyno natomiast to osobny wszechświat, w którym czas przestaje istnieć, a rzeczywistość zostaje zastąpiona przez świat emocji, świateł i nieustającego spektaklu. Obsługa? Absolutna ekstraklasa! Ludzie, którzy najwyraźniej urodzili się po to, żeby udowadniać, że gościnność może być sztuką wyższą. Życzliwość, profesjonalizm i podejście do gościa na takim poziomie, że człowiek zaczyna się zastanawiać, czy nie powinien po prostu zamieszkać tutaj na stałe. A sam hotel? Gdyby luksus miał swoją stolicę, właśnie tutaj znajdowałby się jej parlament, pałac prezydencki i siedziba wszystkich najważniejszych instytucji. To miejsce, w którym nawet zwykłe przejście przez lobby staje się wydarzeniem godnym osobnego wpisu w kronikach historii. Wyjeżdżając, ma się tylko jeden problem: jak wrócić do normalnego świata, skoro przez chwilę miało się okazję zobaczyć, jak wygląda rzeczywistość po osiągnięciu absolutnego maksimum możliwości? Ósmy cud świata to określenie zdecydowanie zbyt skromne. To dziewiąty, dziesiąty i jedenasty cud świata zamknięte pod jednym dachem!

  Loved it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If I ever make it back to Las Vegas this will be the only place I stay on the strip. It was a 15 second walk from my room to the casino floor. The room itself was pristine, AC worked great, and the housekeepers did an excellent job each day. The rest of my group stayed at a larger casino, which was only a 5 minute walk away. Check in was super quick (right off the bat I felt like a winner). I'd also like to say that the bar felt like one of my regular watering holes back home. That welcoming feeling goes far. I truly felt like a valued guest, not some commodity passing through. Very affordable, a lot of bang for your buck. Highly recommend.
