- KBKent Berman1 day ago1.0Decent lodge, poor service. Actually was okay until I left an item in the room that goes with a medical device and their staff threw it away. They have a lost and found, but didn’t use it. They were unapologetic, failed to return my calls asking if they had found it, and even gaslighted me suggesting the item never was in the room.

The location is excellent—parking can be a bit of a chore at times, but it’s honestly a minor issue for such a great spot. The rooms are very spacious, and you can really tell how much thought went into the layout and planning. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was beautiful and comfortable, as described in pictures. Very seamless location convenient to nearby amenities, shops, restaurants, and our venues. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for everything (especially Aida, who was SO helpful and went above and beyond in my check-in process and keeping me updated on room options, trying to give us the best possible experience)!

From the beginning, our experience was excellent! Their team was flexible and enthusiastic, and they worked with us to host the rehearsal dinner of our dreams without a hitch! My husband and I stayed in their suite for our wedding night and they left us a beautiful note and a bottle of wine - so thoughtful! All of our guests who stayed there raved about their rooms, views, convenient location, and amazing staff. Thank you Incline Lodge!

Was a great home base for all of our adventures around Incline Village and North Tahoe. Easy drive to Carnelian Bay, King's Beach, Crystal Bay, and down to Chimney Beach. Short walk down the the Grand Lodge Casino at the Hyatt. Beach supplies and bike rentals on property are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

From the West (San Francisco & Sacramento)
From San Francisco and Sacramento (via Interstate 80): Take Interstate 80 East through Truckee until you reach California State Route 267. Follow SR 267 South over Brockway Summit toward Lake Tahoe. Turn left on State Route 28 in Kings Beach. Continue 8 miles through Crystal Bay into Incline Village. Proceed East on State Route 28 (Tahoe Boulevard). After the traffic light at Country Club Drive, you will discover the lodge on your immediate right side.
From the East (Reno Tahoe Airport)
From Reno/Tahoe Airport: Take U.S. Highway 580 South to Nevada State Route 431 (Mount Rose Highway). Take State Route 431 toward Mount Rose/North Lake Tahoe until you reach Country Club Drive. Turn left and proceed South until you reach the intersection at Tahoe Boulevard (Highway 28). Turn left on Tahoe Boulevard. You will discover the lodge on your immediate right side.
From the North (Kings Beach)
From North Lake Tahoe/Kings Beach: Take North Lake Boulevard/Highway 28 East to Incline Village. After 8 miles, you will discover the lodge on the righthand side of Tahoe Boulevard a few yards past the intersection at Country Club Drive.
From the South (South Lake Tahoe)
From South Lake Tahoe: Take U.S. Highway 50 East towards Carson City about 14 miles. At the top of Spooner Summit, turn left to travel North on Highway 28 (Tahoe Boulevard). Continue toward Incline Village. Follow along the lake 11 miles until the boulevard moves inland. You will discover the lodge on the left-hand side as you approach the traffic light at Country Club Drive.

How should I prepare for my winter drive to Tahoe?
It’s important to us that you arrive at The Incline Lodge safely. Follow the tips below to set yourself up for success:
Make sure your brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater, and exhaust system are all working properly.
Check your antifreeze and be ready for freezing temperatures.
Add winter-rated windshield washer fluid to the windshield washer fluid reservoir to prevent ice build-up.
Check to make your tires are properly inflated and the tread is in good condition.
Carry chains that are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.
Carry an ice scraper or commercial de-icer.
Be prepared for traffic. Pack water, food, warm blankets, and extra clothing.
Before driving, check weather and road conditions by dialing 511 within Nevada (or 1-877-NV-ROADS outside of Nevada) or logging on to www.nvroads.com.
Do you charge a destination amenity fee?
The Incline Lodge assesses a destination amenity fee of $30 per night, which includes the following benefits:

How do I pay for my reservation?
Payments at The Incline Lodge are automated. Guests must provide a valid credit card and contact information at the time of booking. Full payment will be charged three days prior to arrival and an incidental preauthorization for $150 will be processed at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Nonrefundable reservations are charged at the time of booking.
Is there an additional fee for parking?
Parking is included as part of your $30 per night amenity fee.
