- LHLoren HyattOct 6, 20261.0Giving 1 star not because of the hotel itself, rather for some guests that was in there during our stay. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. When we came in, there was a basketball team already (men and women for sure) Sadly one of those groups happened to be next to our room and to my sister's room. For the next 2 nights they we're playing loud music, laughing, talking loud and the room above us were stomping none stop and it was already like that when we came back to our room which around 9pm. I thought they gonna stop but NO, they still playing loud music, talking loud till past 1am that i had no choice but to call the front desk.I was hoping that they won't do it again but NO,THEY DID DO IT AGAIN THE 2ND NIGHT and this time it was worst because it was past 2am already. I thought it was only our room but it turns out it is happening where my sister and her husband's room as well, same scenario (other members of that team). They're teenagers I assumed but that is not an excuse to be that disrespectful, they know that they are not the only guests in there.I hope management will do better next time by putting those big group of guests n the same floor and next to each other. I was very disappointed because after I called fron desk on that first night,I thought they will be more considerate the next day but I was WRONG.
