Outstanding hotel. Super clean, large, quiet and nicely appointed rooms. Staff was excellent in every encounter. Close to anything you might want or need without the craziness of the strip.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT LIKE LOCALS and WILL TURN YOU AWAY. My condo has to have renovations done due to water damage from my upstairs neighbors. I have asthma and can not stay there with the dust and I needed a place close because my child walks to school. So I specifically picked this location, but when I get there I am told that they don’t rent to locals. I used my local address to make the reservation with no problem but down in the policy it says that you can’t reside within 50 miles. It should completely block the reservation because the girl at the desk said that they will definitely turn you away. And they won’t allow me to extend my stay. I don’t know how long the renovation will take. So god forbid you needed a room because your place suddenly became uninhabitable. And I guess no staycation either. Suddenly this place doesn’t feel very welcoming.

Booked and paid for a room online went to check in and was informed they could Not give us a room due to us being locals and living in the area. Im having work done on my house currently making it to where I can’t stay there. On top of that I have not received a refund ive reached out to the company and this personal location multiple times but don’t worry they offered us another room that we have to pay for! Seriously ridiculous I hate this city

Henderson is the perfect halfway stop on our trip to see family in Southern Arizona so we have stayed here often. Rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tpical of most Best Western Plus Hotels. Good access to restaunts and services near by and good access to US 11 for a quick way out of town in the morning.
