  I booked this hotel x 2 nights but only stayed x1 night; let me explain. After reviewing their online reviews, I deemed it safe enough to bring my younger siblings. We traveled to Vegas from Los Angeles for my brother's last summer break weekend. Upon arriving to the room, the restroom door handle was broken. Unable to lock the bathroom door. When we woke up in the morning my brother complained of a swollen and itchy knee. I originally thought he was bit by a spider. But later that night when we were trying to sleep, my brothers saw BED BUGS crawling beside our heads on the bed. Those were the culprits to blame for my brothers swollen and itchy knee. I immediately took the pictures and went downstairs and spoke to Rafael who was accommodating. After getting the heebie jeebies at 10:30pm; we packed our stuff (placed all our clothes/blankets in trash bags) and hit the road back to LA.unsafe to have traveled that late at night with my family but we had to end our Vacation early unfortunately due to this circumstance. Do better Best western.

  Ridiculous policies that are not transparent. Hidden fees. No manager on site, at least I was told that by 2 teenagers running the front desk. Breakfast items burnt or over cooked. Room was decent. Bathroom was clean. Fridge in our room was not cold. I would stay here if I had to but not at all my preference.

  The rooms were great but the location is not good. We stayed the night as we were driving through with a trailer. The girl at the desk told us to park behind the hotel and the back parking lot was under 24-hour surveillance. We walked out the next morning to see our enclosed trailer was broken into and our belongings spread over the parking lot. The police said the hotel is not under surveillance and that he patrols the area and it is not an area you want to stay in. Lots of drug use and break ins, Avoid this hotel if possible.

  From the second my mom and I walked in, Alora, the front desk associate, provided us with top tier service. We had some issues finding out BW membership and, after we already left and without being asked, she investigated and resolved the issue. She is the epitope of service with a smile, and serves with a kind heart and genuine care. She is friendly, attentive and eager to help. She even offered us homemade cookies! Additionally, the room cleaning services are thorough, considerate and efficient. They are very mindful of our belongings and replenishing supplies. One of the best hotels! 12/10 recommend!
