  Leo at the front desk is great. Excellent customer service and people skills. Very helpful staff. The hotel looks new. Bars and all kinds of places near by

  Very attentive and helpful staff with delicious breakfast options and a coffee bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the walkable proximity to Water Street and nearby restaurants/bars/shops. Definitely highly recommend for staying multiple nights (like we did) or for just one night. Great location and value, too! Five stars!

  Beware if needing an accessible room. Photos of all types of rooms show walk-in showers. This is false. They only have king rooms that are accessible. Also table in room with chair is too high for elderly folks with mobility issues. Pillows are great but bed makes your back hurt. Sofa is also not comfortable unless you use pillows from bed to fill in space between back of sofa to normal seating. Breakfast is good and hours much more generous than most hotels. Blackout shades are nice to have. Also don't put too much ice in their paper ice buckets, as it melts it will leave a pool of water on the counter. Staff is friendly but not all are knowledgeable. Night person told me they could switch us to a double queen accessible, but was told this a.m. they don't have such a room. Probably great for younger people and families, but I do not recommend for elderly folks with mobility issues. We stayed only one night and are in transit to another hotel with accessible rooms.
