  The room at glance looks semi clean but once I lifted the sheets off the bed there were so many little hairs and large hairs around the bed. The sheets were obviously spoiled, it was obvious the bed had been re made with the same sheets. This is the one queen bed. The microwave had several stains inside of it making it unappealing to use considering the smell coming from it. The seats for the rake were also dirty and the bathroom’s walls were all weirdly repainted and corners had signs of build up. The AC would go off intermittently and also had an off smell. Sink didn’t have the piece to seal the sink. I ended up sleeping on the other available queen size bed on top of the sheets and after moving a pillow I noticed a layer of dust behind the pillows underneath the headboard. In addition I found a complete strangers shirt that was still there directly behind my pillow. At this point I had enough and asked for a refund since this was an unacceptable amount of discrepancies in one room, I didn’t believe that another room would fix the issue, so I offered to pay for the nights I stayed and requested a refund for the remainder of my 10 day stay. Due to issues regarding how the hotel book, I was told I couldn’t get a refund and maybe another room. I decided to stay the night in the room, and book another hotel for the following day. That same morning at 4:30am I wake up to the sound of my door handle being shuffled, and continued attempts to unlock the door. I expressed this safety concern in email and in person that same day later when the manager was on site but nothing reassuring was explained to me only “it was probably a mistake”. I was also upset that I left my “do not disturb” sign up on my door and the staff came in anyways to drop off sheets for me to make my own bed and clean the bed I said was dirty. With all things considered I could not in good faith give this establishment a good rating. I recommend looking elsewhere in the area or reading deeper into the lodging. I was shocked that the next hotel I chose felt like a 5 star hotel due to how much cleaner it was and it was only 10 mins away.

  The treadmill was out of order so whole gym was closed. Booked this spot bec of gym.

  Well, I was eating a breakfast that was offered to drink a spoiled milk. It made me sick to my stomach to the point that I’ve lost my entire breakfast.

  The hotel pictures paint a better picture then what the MOTEL actually is. All room doors are located outside, there is not a protective hallway to enter your rooms. When you enter the room it has the feel of a remodeled lower class motel. The TV is small and outdated, we could not log into the WIFI. During our stay the hot water heater went out in the evening. Their solution was to send my juvenile children to their "RV Community" shower where there are shower stalls but nothing to protect myself or my children's privacy. We were in town for a baseball tournament therefore my children had to go to bed dirty and go a entire day of more baseball and no shower until we returned home from traveling at 10:00 p.m. the that evening. Also, my son stepped on glass shards twice in our room while walking around with no shoes on. It also should be known that this motel is a host to a number of construction workers (mostly men). For a woman and her children to stay there it was a very uncomfortable feeling. The locks are not great on the doors either. Their safety lock is the old chain style that connects the door to the door jam. I was also quite upset because their pool was not in service when we stayed which was the main reason I chose this motel when looking for other places in the area. The one thing that went well while staying here was the staff at the facility. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, also the lady who makes breakfast in the morning was very nice an polite. Her food was delicious! It's safe to say we WILL NOT be staying at this location again....
