    Pool was having an algae problem, hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay, the pool being funky in the summer time was a bit disappointing.

    This was my first time staying here. We got a fantastic room that was very clean and comfortable. All staff that we interacted with, from housekeeping to front desk, were especially kind and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Terrible service. I had reserved a king room, when I checked in they had given that room away and got stuck with double queens. Checked into the room and it was about 90 degrees in side, not an exaggeration. Hotel is too cheap to run the AC for guest prior to check in. I turned the AC on and they have the lowest set point at 68 degrees. Parking is extremely limited. I had to park around the corner is really sketchy area by the casino. Rooms on the pool side are loud.

    Check took a very long time as I was interogated about where Inhad been and where I was going. Had to ask for towels as one set was in the room. After request to have a room near the elevator, I was placed at the very end of the hallway.

    Stayed here after staying one night at another hotel which was a disaster. I am very satisfied with the rooms and how clean they are. Not sure if room service is supposed to change the bed’s sheets, but mine weren’t though they did organize it well and I appreciate it. Bathroom is clean, good tv and all amenities were good. I am impressed at the level of professional with the staff. During my time here, I was assisted by 3-4 different front desk receptionist, and they all helped me without a second thought. Makes this hotel stand out and will be my preferred stay when i am in town. Breakfast was also great, thank you for the hard work.
