Billie Jean was fantastic with breakfast. She made sure that my wife and I were accommodated for our dietary restrictions of gluten free and dairy free. She went above and beyond to make sure she provided phenomenal service.

This hotel never ceases to amaze me with how excellent their customer service is. Everyone from the house keeping staff to the front desk go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay, and the rooms are always immaculate. This obviously an extremely well managed hotel. They also have the biggest flat screen TVs I've ever seen in a hotel which makes it very nice for relaxing in the rooms with a movie!

Fallon is one of those towns where the lodging is way overpriced so we typically try to make it to Reno when we travel this area. However, on this trip we were too tired. We are Best Western members so used some points to lower the price. It’s an okay property but not worth the full asking price and not on par with other bw properties that ask this price. The room was fairly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. They should definitely improve the tv and at least include some streaming services. No Sunday night football for my hubby, he was so bummed out. Our room did have a clock radio, you don’t see those too often anymore. Someone set the alarm to go off at midnight 😳. An unpleasant surprise. Unplugged it. The breakfast had ample offerings, even had many extra toppings of fruits, salsa, cheese. The evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful. This property sits on the main highway through town so you do hear some traffic noise as well as noise from adjacent rooms.

Nephew was annoyed. Wanted to leave at 7am to "get home to relax". I said no. He said "I'm gonna take a nap" and 1 hour later his attitude went away. Not a fan of Fallon, Nevada, but if an hour of sleep changes your attitude, then its worth it to stay overnight. Props to the man sitting in the plastic chair behind the container home thingy cackling and yelling at someone on his phone. Thumbs up entertainment. Parking lot is terrible. Someone pooped in the pool.

Everything was perfect. We were so tired and Angela helped us out. We were worried about our bikes and stuff in an open pickup and she let us park near the office so she and the other people that work there could keep an eye on it for us. The ladies in the breakfast room were awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed. This was honestly staffed with the nicest people our whole trip. The rooms were great. There’s a restaurant just down the street for dinner. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
