  Hey what's up? Really nice place, had snow, hail, rain and it was 28° when I left the next morning! They were very busy with the workers staying there, highly recommended!

  Got in very late at around 3am, the reason for the two star is that the housekeeping is very inconsiderate. Banging on the door at 8:30am when checkout is at 11 I woke up and told them no thank you tried going back to sleep only to be woken up again at 9am by housekeeping…. Besides that rooms were very clean, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom and shower were clean. If you are one to checkout on the early side then this hotel is the right fit for you!

  Gross rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay in Ely where there is competition and more than 1 restaurant.

  Great place! The rooms are pretty decent. Restless 😬 but peaceful stay. Now, I will have to warn anyone who are staying for a night or two. Do not come on Sunday, lol 😂 no restaurants are open( be glad that a convenient store is open! Phew! 😅 So you better be prepared for no food no water unless you are a smart traveler. Thank goodness we brought our camping ⛺️ supplies, we were prepared. The hotel has a gym, laundry room, it’s very convenient. Other than that, it’s a decent stay. We would absolutely recommend it.

  Aiyanna, Ranelle, Addie, and each team member we met were amazing people! Made us proud to be human beings, knowing these three are one of us. They made us feel at home, and not at all randomly paired with robots we suddenly depended on. Each one stands out to us afterward, and Eureka, NV ( not CA! ) will forever be a fond memory. We highly recommend you stay here. They have more amenities that other Best Western hotels, or any other hotel for that matter. The owners listened to the needs of long-term guests and added extras. Look into it. For example, there is a full kitchen on-site for those not living on take-out. In our case, we were stranded for almost a week in the middle of a vehicle issue ( car we just bought suddenly disabled due to defect ) trying to outrun a snowstorm ( which then caught up to us ) ... yet our unplanned 6-day visit at SureStay ended up being better than a planned vacation in many ways. And even our dog was at ease there, and she is very tightly wound and protective. For the record, the vehicle defect was remedied literally the next day because of Silver State Repair being the Best in the West, and they are right down the street from SureStay. We are very impressed with the people at SureStay Eureka, NV. It is refreshing to meet people who are able to naturally balance being genuinely cool with being awesome at their job, especially when you suddenly live with them and run into them several times a day in your bathrobe. That turned a dangerous crisis into an exciting crossroads. Someone did a great job building a team and facility that go above and beyond and make it look easy.
