  Not to 3 star hotel. Slow check in (computer network issue), ZERO ice machines working in the entire hotel. Breakfast slow, no juice machine, no water service no ice, and bacon out all the time (they did have a lot of firefighters at the hotel that where hungry and going to work but a 3 star hotel should anticipate and increase food amounts when needed). Beds and room were nice and clean.

  I want to start out with how amazing Nevaeh was. Her service and attitude and work ethic! If I lived nearby, I would hire her! She was a gem. The front desk was great upon checking in! We really enjoy staying there.

  ***READ BEFORE BOOKING*** I booked this hotel online through Holiday Inn and made a mistake of booking it on the 30th of June instead of July 1st (which was my fault). When we went to check in on the 1st that’s when I was informed that my reservation was for the 30th. The lady checking us in was very pleasant and said that it’s ok it happens all the time and she would have the GM Michelli Leedy call us so we could discuss a refund. Unfortunately they refused to refund us for the wrong night and instead offer a discount on the second night. Upon checking out asked to speak to Michelli again before checking out and was told that she could call me before they charged me. I NEVER received a phone call the entire day. I called back today and the lady at the front said Michelli wasn’t in and would be gone the entire weekend. I still wasn’t told the discounted amount only that she had over heard Michelli say she would not be refunding me. I asked for Michelli to call me, and the lady who answered said she’s just going to tell you the same thing. I had to call the corporate office of Holiday Inn to find out what I was going to be charged, and they told me they have no control over their hotel mangers. I have always been under the assumption that hotels were built on service, unfortunately this hotel’s manager Michelli Leedy does not abide by the principle of good service. BTW I still haven’t heard from her.

  Our frequent travels often lead us to choose Holiday Inn Express properties, and this particular location exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome bag containing bottled water, a face mask, and earplugs, though they ultimately proved unnecessary. The entire staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, characterized by their cheerful demeanor and courteous service. Joselyn at the front desk was particularly helpful during our checkout process. The breakfast area was impeccably maintained, and the attendants were remarkably efficient in replenishing items, ensuring a consistently well-stocked selection. We intend to make this location a regular stop on our extended road trips, as it serves as an ideal halfway point. We would, however, suggest the addition of a destination charger for Tesla vehicles.

  This was one of the best holiday inns I have stayed in. They were all so nice and friendly especially Joselyn at the front desk. They offered us dinner as well as the breakfast they always have. I was very happy n it was all really good. Thanks again
