- BVBreanne Victoria5 days ago2.0My biggest issue with this Staybridge is the breakfast & food amenities. No waffle maker, which is a staple at every Staybridge i have stayed in. I have been here 3 months & they went almost 2 weeks without serving breakfast claiming their oven was broken. So they just stopped feeding us. That includes breakfast & the Mon-Wed dinner option. When they do serve you either the juice machine is out of order or its the soda. Most days it feels like they just throw out random food and hope for the best. Today's was biscuits, no gravy. No waffles. Eggs & sausage & no not breakfast sausage. Kielbasa. A simple waffle maker like every other hotel would solve this issue. Not trying to be a sticker over some waffles but you expect the breakfast when you pay this much & they disappoint everytime. The rooms are nice but not equipped with silverware or dishware needed. The staff is friendly but that only goes so far when they aren't being accommodated. They let animals run around with no leash so if your dog is not friendly please be aware. Get your room cleaned on the weekends , for some reason it seems on the weekdays they barely run the vacuum, forget to leave you towels, soap etc & you have to remind them multiple times that you want it done. Mind you ive been here for months, it's not like my routine is new. My mom is a traveling nurse. If you have the option stay in RENO at their Staybridge. Talk about a 5 star difference.
