  This Staybridge is very nice and clean. All staff is friendly and helpful. John at the front desk is amazing! I have stayed there 2 times and John has made each time memorable in positive ways.

  Very nice hotel. Service was very pleasant and hotel was clean. Happy hour mid week was very good. Staybridge Suites are my go to.

  Stayed here for 2 nights for work and I would've stayed longer! Room was very spacious and clean, the amenities are nice (pool/hot tub, "social" hour with snacks and free beer, and the breakfast buffet is solid). I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Carson City again

  The hotel is truly beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. They were also exceptionally quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers plenty of great amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the lady who greeted us at check-in—she was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite varied and well-stocked, especially considering it is a hotel breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the highway, and there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food options nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a highly recommended hotel!

  My biggest issue with this Staybridge is the breakfast & food amenities. No waffle maker, which is a staple at every Staybridge i have stayed in. I have been here 3 months & they went almost 2 weeks without serving breakfast claiming their oven was broken. So they just stopped feeding us. That includes breakfast & the Mon-Wed dinner option. When they do serve you either the juice machine is out of order or its the soda. Most days it feels like they just throw out random food and hope for the best. Today's was biscuits, no gravy. No waffles. Eggs & sausage & no not breakfast sausage. Kielbasa. A simple waffle maker like every other hotel would solve this issue. Not trying to be a sticker over some waffles but you expect the breakfast when you pay this much & they disappoint everytime. The rooms are nice but not equipped with silverware or dishware needed. The staff is friendly but that only goes so far when they aren't being accommodated. They let animals run around with no leash so if your dog is not friendly please be aware. Get your room cleaned on the weekends , for some reason it seems on the weekdays they barely run the vacuum, forget to leave you towels, soap etc & you have to remind them multiple times that you want it done. Mind you ive been here for months, it's not like my routine is new. My mom is a traveling nurse. If you have the option stay in RENO at their Staybridge. Talk about a 5 star difference.
