- LKLee KissnerJun 19, 20261.0We stopped at their Tesla SC. Manager Tim Martinez was on duty and refused to allow us to use their restrooms which is a courtesy offered when hosting Tesla chargers. He stated its his "choice" and "Tesla people were abusing it." So he locked the bathrooms. The La Quinta next door was very accommodating. Now I know why this hotel gets 2.5 stars. Not a great people person, not a friendly hotel. Use the La Quinta instead.
- TNTami NorlundMay 27, 20261.0Traveling with our dog, this hotel is not pet friendly, so we couldn’t stay. Stop to charge EV in the parking lot of the hotel. Asked to use the bathroom after traveling for hours and they refused us saying “we don’t get anything for you charging”. Just so very rude.

A simple no I'm sorry we don't allow that here would have sufficied. I've stayed at companies hotels before and never had a problem with lake of professionals
- S1Sunwukong 1984May 17, 20261.0I went in to ask to use the restroom, and the man denied access saying there are no public restrooms, it made me mad enough to not book a room, despite my plans to stay. Whoever works the desk that refuses access for no apparent reason needs to be put on leave or seriously talked to, he is losing this business money as we speak.
