  Room rates were very reasonable for what you expect. Upon check in, Roshell and Kingston were very courteous and helpful. rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was hot and full of choices. Tim in the morning was outgoing and funny that brightened our day even more. Will definitely stay here again!

  Came in later in the evening, Kingston at the desk was amazing! He accommodated our needs and was very personable. It is very hard to find people like this in the hospitality business now a days.

  Poor treatment of travelers using the EV chargers on this property. We stopped on July 28 around 5:30 PM to charge. When we asked to use the restroom, the front desk staff didn't just decline — they were openly rude and ordered us out of the lobby in front of other people. No explanation of a policy, no basic courtesy. It was the kind of interaction that makes you remember a brand for the wrong reasons. If the policy is guests only, say so politely. That takes five seconds and costs nothing. Instead the staff chose to be hostile to people who were spending 30 minutes on the property using the chargers this hotel advertises. I'd like to know whether management considers this acceptable, because if it is, other travelers should know before they plan a charging stop here.

  I am extremely concerned about the safety protocols and basic amenities at this hotel. First and foremost, there is a serious life safety issue regarding egress from the property. The door leading into the courtyard locks behind you, and the exit out of the courtyard requires a key card/key to open. During an emergency or fire, requiring a key to exit a space creates a dangerous trap and violates standard building and life safety codes (such as IBC and NFPA 101) regarding free egress. Guests should never be trapped in an exterior enclosure without keyless access to a public way or safety zone. Additionally, the hotel maintains an excessively strict restroom policy, refusing to allow visitors to use the facilities. Between the egress hazard in the courtyard and the poor guest service policies, I cannot recommend staying or even visiting here. Management needs to immediately inspect and address their exit door hardware before an actual emergency occurs. The onsite manager was not available nor onsite. The front desk staff made the discussion argumentative and began talking about what the other hotels nearby do and don't do.

  We stopped to charge our Tesla, however, were informed that only paying guests were allowed to use the restroom. Really bad idea, most people charging will also be looking for a place to stay. By not showing this easy kindness, most travelers will find an alternate hotel to stay in. In fact, on the way to Texas, we stopped at a Holiday Inn Express to charge and use the restroom, then went ahead and got a room for the night. You are alienating an almost certain customer base. Since I cannot figure out how to reply to the owner.. We were not told respectfully that people charging were not allowed. I saw the sign, so stopped at the front desk to ask the gentleman there about it. He confirmed and I thought I respectfully told him that I thought that was a bad idea. Another man came to the desk ( the manager?) He snapped at me that the bathrooms were only for paying guests. I said I thought they got paid by Tesla to have the chargers. He snapped :"No we don't and we don't have to follow Tesla"s rules" (I checked, he was right) but I still say by having the chargers on your property, that letting the people charging use the restroom spreads good feelings and is definitely good advertising for the hotel. By denying this, you are harming the entire brand. By the way, my mom and I are both senior citizens, both in chronic pain. Walking uphill to the gas station is no easy task. It was hard enough just walking to the hotel entrance. My motto is :" Be kind, you never know what the other person is going through". Maybe you should adopt this. Life is not just about the bottom line, we need to help each other out.
