  Traveling stop. Easy access from I-40. Fuel and restaurants close by. Our room was clean ,plumbing and HVAC worked well. Very good breakfast. Enjoyable stay

  Booked a reservation about 3wks in advance.Confirmed for king bed in rm #1 with room outside door.Arrived on the 1st of May to check in and guess what no king bed and no outside door.Offered me a queen bed but no door.I still have everything on my phone for proof so you will not be able to deny my facts.We drove another 150 miles to get a room with an outside door.So THANKS Best western.

  I came in with my hotels.com app and asked for a king bed. The young lady at the front stated she only had queens. When I tried to show her the app shows they did, her reply was “I already assigned the rooms and I’m not hotels.com”. What a delightful way to speak to a customer. Warm, not hot, water only at 8pm, The breakfast, per the front desk, was supposed to be 6-9am. Went there at 830 and it was all cleaned up. When I inquired why, I was told the new breakfast hours M-F are 6-8am. So the front desk doesn’t know this ? “She had a long weekend and probably forgot “if I had it to do all over again after traveling 13 hours, I should have gone to another hotel

  The gal at check in was horrible. I've been a rewards member for almost 20 years and have never been treated like this. She should be fired or find a different job

  Don't stay at this hotel the receptionist is very rude when I was trying to check in she was yelling at me saying I needed to give her my credit card even though I already paid for my room and i was checking in at 10:00 pm I just wanted to go to bed but have to look for a new hotel to stay at. Worst experience I've ever had with a best western and I've been a rewards member for years
