  The room was spacious and clean. Some of the furnishings were a little dated, but again- clean; and the bed was comfy. The desk clerks (evening and morning) were both very nice, welcoming and helpful. Disappointed that Sure Stay Best Western has taken coffee makers out of the rooms. Its a pain having to get dressed to get that first cup in the morning.

  Worst experience at a hotel! Normally stay at the Comfort Inn but it was booked. So we tried this place. Checked in for 2 nights. Had a funeral on Wednesday, it was an all day event, when we finally got back to the room it was late. We walked in thinking we'd have a clean room but to our surprise it wasn't clean. They said they only clean them every 3 days... Ok weird but whatever. Then we ran out of toilet paper, they wouldn't deliver so we went down to get it. Toilet plugged up, they wouldn't come up but said we could go get a plunger from them. So there goes my eldery Dad to get the plunger so he can fix the toilet himself. When he spoke with the manager she said sorry, you should have checked into another hotel after the first night.. Definitely won't be staying there again. Next time the Comfort Inn is booked, we'll get an Airbnb..

  Needs updating. Could not close curtains all the way so had parking lot lights shining in all night. Very loud guests across from us. Garbage can outside of elevator was overflowing.

  I give this five stars because it was clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent for free hotel offerings. Get there before the families with a million kids take over because it is a small space that can fill up very quickly. Overall, a good experience for a one night stay. Would come back.
