  I just want to share this the blonde girl that works in the front desk she is young and she is in the afternoon as receptionist she is very unprofessional, the other day we asked for some plates, you know we have a big group of people every week we stay in the hotel, and she yielded at two of my coworkers, we ask for something and she has a very bad attitude, is not the first time. Now the other guy that looks kind like a X gang member he is super cool and very professional with the greatest attitude and he does his job very well. I have a lot of respect for him. And he make us feel Welcome.

  I give this five stars because it was clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent for free hotel offerings. Get there before the families with a million kids take over because it is a small space that can fill up very quickly. Overall, a good experience for a one night stay. Would come back.

  Hotel is horrible 😫 don't waste your money!!! The managers are rude and unprofessional. The rooms are small ,but clean the breakfast was OK . The lady that checked me in was rude.Asked to check in early and it's like we were bothering her . The best part of the 4 day stay was the pool and some of the staff . Two of their house keepers went above and beyond my expectations and made sure anything I asked for or needed they took care of us. And the two rooms we stayed in were nice and clean they even took extra time to make sure it was up to my standards. Thank you Tonya and Cecilia. You guys were great! Thank you for your hospitality. And the lady who checked us out was great too! Very professional and sweet. Even went out of her way to help me get my wife who was in a wheelchair and couldn't walk carry bags and helped get her in my truck.Thanks Amanda. Other then those 3 helpful staff I wouldn't recommend this place.

  I'm a camp worker with a beautiful 36ft motorhome but once a month I spend at least one night in a hotel room because I'm a woman and enjoy a candle lit bubble bath. I've worked in 36 states and have stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels, this one is more like a motel 6. It's not very clean, the pool and Jacuzzi has so much chlorine in it that it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in. I stayed the night for my birthday and was going to stay the second night until I got there. Had I not already paid for the night I would have left and went next door, they wouldn't give me my money back and the dump cost $180! It's not worth the money go elsewhere!!!; I left my necklace next to the TV and called them, they claimed they had it and I explained I didn't have a way to get back to them right away. I was told they would put it in the safe. I sent my husband to get it they said he had to come back when the manager was there to get it. I called and she was A UNPLEASANT, VERY RUDE WOMAN, said she knew nothing about it yet I talked to her prior and she said she had it. Not only is this place dirty, they have theives working for them. I went into the lounge for a cup of coffee because they don't have it in the rooms, and was followed in and watched by an employee, I went to get a yogurt and they literally took it away from me and I was told it was only for breakfast! I offered to pay for it but wasn't allowed to. This place is not worth paying almost $200 for a night, trust me, save your money! I did call and talk to 3 different people one was the manager and she was RUDE and short with me, said she didn't think I left my necklace there but would take my number and call me back. Needless to say I never heard from her. I've stayed at some real dumps traveling as much as we do but I've never had anything stolen from me! I just paid over $200 to stay at the Holiday inn and it was worth every penny! DON'T STAY HERE! I've stayed at the hotel 6 in T or C and it was big, clean and half the money, plus nobody stoled from me.
