  Full disclosure: I have never actually stayed at this hotel, so I can’t tell you anything about the rooms, beds, or overnight experience. I’m reviewing it specifically as someone who uses the Tesla Superchargers here, and we use them a lot. Probably 15–20 times a year, which is saying something considering we live in Oklahoma. Of all the charging stops we make, this is easily my favorite for about 150 miles in either direction. It is consistently clean, quiet, easy to access, and right off the highway. The bathrooms are always clean and, oddly enough, actually smell good. Not like “we happened to stop on a good day” clean, either. We’ve been stopping here throughout the year for quite a while, and the standard is remarkably consistent. I think the staff deserve a lot of credit for that. Maintaining a property this well year-round, especially one that gets a steady stream of travelers coming through just to charge, takes effort. These little things matter so much when you spend a lot of time on the road for work or travel. When you’re in the middle of a 12-hour drive, knowing you have a clean, quiet, reliable place to stop just another hour away genuinely makes the trip better. To the staff: thank you, truly, for taking such good care of this place. You’ve made your hotel a regular part of our road trips without us ever actually staying in it, and I think that says something.

  Do not stay here! The elevator sounds and feels like it’s gonna break at any second, couldn’t get my room to cool down despite setting the thermostat as low as it would go and the fan on high. After driving for over 8 hours all I wanted was a hot shower. Got in the shower and no hot water and I mean no hot water, not even lukewarm water it was cold water, tried to get hot water out of sink same thing, cold. Got up at 5am thinking there should be hot water, wrong again. Ice cold water. Same with two other people I’m traveling with, neither of their rooms had hot water. So if you wanna spend almost $200 a night with no hot water be my guest but I’ll never stay here again!

  Horrible experience with this hotel. We arrived at night to find out the we had accidentally reserved the previous night. They had no rooms available and sent us away. I inquired about a refund since it was a mistake and we did show up just on the wrong night. They were not willing to budge on charging us for a full nights stay because “you didn’t try and contact to rebook and were a no show on the reserved date”. How could I have contacted them about rebooking when I didn’t realize we had booked the wrong date!? I had booked it on the road via my phone and must have clicked the wrong tiny box and did not catch the mistake. I realize it was my fault but they were very rude about the situation. In the end we went across the street and were welcome at Hampton Inn. We will be staying at Hilton’s only from now on.
