  Our room was 205 and the shower would fill all the way before you could even shampoo your hair which was quite gross. The hot tub jets didn’t stay on for more than 3 minutes even though the timer is for 15 minutes and you have to turn the timer back and forth before it works. Then the jets take about 2 minutes to engage. Breakfast was actually really good and staff was excellent. Rooms and hotel and grounds very clean. Just that clogged tub is my only complaint. Amazing water pressure.

  This hotel may not be big and beautiful, but it’s small and refined. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. Santa Fe has amazing tacos, clean hotels, and some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. ¡Hola! Thank you!

  The room we had was nice besides one major downside: the tub was clogged really bad! Not even 30 seconds in, there was water already pooling in it. There were multiple of us in the room that wanted to take showers but the pooling of the tub/the water not draining well made it really cumbersome.

  I dont normally go out of my way to review places unless its abnormally bad or insanely good. this place is one of the best budget hotels ive ever stayed at. very clean and updated, rooms are well equipped (they even left us bottled water and cookies in the room when we arrived!) cookies and coffee availabile in the lobby. location is awesome, surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. the man who checked us in was very professional and friendly and genuinely seemed like he wanted to make sure we have a good stay. they offer complimentary toiletries if you forget your own which is so nice (we didnt partake but I like that they offer that still because most hotels dont anymore). Kids loved the pool and hot tub! 100% would stay here again!

  We booked three rooms by calling the hotel directly because we wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly. During the reservation, we asked if they needed a credit card, but the representative assured us everything was taken care of. Unbeknownst to us, our reservation was entered as a cash reservation. Later, IHG called us as a courtesy to let us know all three of our rooms were scheduled to be canceled because they had been booked as cash. This was not how we requested the reservation. During the phone call, the employee became confrontational and took our concerns as a personal attack instead of trying to help. He repeatedly insisted the mistake wasn’t his and was rude throughout the conversation. When we arrived around 10:00 p.m. after a long day of traveling—with three children, four adults, and a 70-year-old family member—we were turned away. During the interaction, we were even cursed at by hotel staff. The manager was contacted, but she was equally dismissive, unhelpful, and offered no effort to resolve the situation. Being left without accommodations late at night because of a reservation error we did not make was incredibly stressful. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic courtesy is what made this experience so disappointing. I cannot recommend staying here based on how we were treated.
