- JJjobAug 26, 20261.0bad service they didn’t clean my room for the days i was stay in there , my cups of mugs were still smelling like coffee even after i asked to get new ones, the service in the restaurant is super bad they take forever to get your order and the workers there are super rude!! Never again going to four seasons in Santa Fe NM !! And plus the manager there Andre’s was super rude to me when i asked for a simple question, and Mateo the room attendant manager didn’t make no difference when i asked for new cups!! all the managers and workers there are super rude MAKE AN EFFORT TO BE NICE IF YOU GUYS SAY SO THAT ITS A LUXURY PLACE!

The service is excellent, and the restaurants serve very good food. The pool, gym, and spa are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I also really enjoyed the hiking trail behind the resort, which is great for a morning or afternoon hike. The beautiful sunset views are another highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
