  If you’re visiting Ruidoso, this is the place to stay. The Elevate Hotel is truly a hidden gem! We recently stayed here for the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 Ruidoso, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The staff was absolutely incredible always friendly, always smiling, and constantly offering great recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try, and things to see around Ruidoso. The owner is first-class and genuinely cares about every guest. He literally goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve stayed at countless hotels during my travels, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and once again, the staff made sure everyone felt right at home. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single employee is so welcoming and invested in making your stay memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back for IRONMAN 70.3 Ruidoso next year. Great things are happening at the Elevate Hotel, and we can’t wait to see all of the exciting improvements they have planned for 2027. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. From the moment I reached out, they treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Due to an unexpected illness, we were unable to travel as planned. Instead of adding to our stress, the hotel responded with understanding and generosity by accommodating our situation. Their kindness during a difficult time meant more to us than they probably realize. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. They went above and beyond, treating us with respect, empathy, and care every step of the way. It is clear that they truly value their guests, not just as customers, but as people. Although we couldn't make our trip this time, their outstanding hospitality has made us even more excited to visit in the future. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a place where kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are a priority.
