Did a delivery for this hotel for twenty 10 pound bags of salt and 6 large cases of water. Drove around to the back and u loaded it all (we (the delivery service contracted out) are only required to unload at the drop off) they had originally tipped 22$ which was very nice. However. It was a trick and I was tip bated. Bc they took away the tip. Would have rated one star. But those are easy to remove. Shame on you Dhruv.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Not only were we falsely accused of having multiple guests in our room, but the hotel charged us an extra $100 for something that never happened. There was absolutely no proof because it simply wasn’t true. Instead of treating paying customers with respect, they seem more interested in making up excuses to add extra charges. What’s even more concerning is that after we checked out early two days later and random charges are still showing up on our card. At this point, it feels like they have no control over their billing—or worse, they just don’t care. It’s unacceptable to continue charging guests after they’ve already left without any explanation. This hotel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. Between the false accusations, hidden fees, and unexplained charges, I left feeling ripped off. I would strongly warn anyone considering staying here to think twice, keep a close eye on your bank account, and save yourself the headache. There are plenty of hotels that actually value their guests and don’t treat them like an opportunity to squeeze out more money.

We only stayed for one night June 13-14, but our experience left us very disappointed.😡😢 This is not about the $15 fee itself. It is about how guests are treated and the lack of transparency. When we checked in, the front desk explained that we could be charged if anything in the room was damaged, but they never mentioned a mandatory service fee. The next morning, I was surprised to see the charge on my receipt. Had this fee been disclosed at check-in, I would have addressed it immediately. Instead, it appeared after our stay, which felt unfair and misleading. When I asked for a refund, I was told they could not refund it. I disagree with that decision because guests should not be charged fees that were never clearly explained to them. Good customer service starts with honesty and clear communication. If a hotel is going to charge additional fees, guests deserve to know about them before they stay, not after. I want future guests to be aware of this before booking. Make sure to ask about any extra fees at check-in so you do not face the same surprise. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. D.Dostiev

Charged us hotel fees of $16 a night which no other hotels have ever done and a room deposit.

Let me start off by saying this is thee best hotel my spouse and I have ever experienced for many reasons. As soon as you walk in, it smells very nice. Front desk staff was attentive, professional, & pleasant. (April & Alex were awesome!!) That right away sets the mood! They also have complimentary deodorant up front. The pool & hot tub are great, plus having a restroom right by them; also great. Our very spacious room smelled delightful & was very clean. They also granted us access to the cafeteria to be able have dinner with all my family. The hotel provides some 'yard games,' as well as a washer / dryer room. Breakfast is included. Having walmart 1 mile away, & Albertson's 2 miles away was definitely a plus!! Overall an excellent experience, & we cannot wait to stay here again when visiting Ruidoso, NM!!
