- DCDom Che5 days ago1.0I rented a suite with a king bed and two queen beds The door to separate the bedrooms did not slide shut properly The ceiling in the bathroom was caving in There was holes around the outlets There’s no water pressure in the shower There was hair in the towel The beds are hard The pillows are too puffy and will indeed hurt your neck The pool had not been cleaned The breakfast seemed old, like it was leftovers from the day prior Paid 303 for one night deposit included So it’s very overpriced
- CMCristy Martinez5 days ago1.0Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to family news. I went online to see about canceling our reservation and then called the hotel. The lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional. I told her the situation, she put me on hold and came back and stated the mgr said you would need to show proof some kind of documentation. When I asked what kind of documentation she yelled I don’t know that’s what she said then hung up on me. WOW…. I called back 3 times and they would never answer the phone. I called back later and the receptionist finally answered, I asked to speak with a mgr, the receptionist continued to be rude and unprofessional said I’ll have her call you back at this number.. Mgr never returned my call but sent a msg through the booking.com When we rescheduled this trip, this hotel we will not stay at!!!!!!!!!!
