    Rooms were decent for a Holiday Inn. It’s definitely no Holiday Inn express only concern is don’t use the ice machines. They have slime dripping out of where the ice comes out. You can see the crust and stuff coming out of it on the outside of the ice machine very disgusting and somebody’s gonna get seriously sick. Here’s photos. again don’t use any of their ice machines. Matter of fact I wouldn’t get ice. In that place even in the restaurant. also, if they don’t clean that or even pay attention to that, how clean they really cleaning these rooms that’s something I just thought about disgusting the young lady at the desk this morning looked disgusted. When I showed her the pictures of the ice machine. She didn’t even know that you were supposed to clean them out.

    This place is horrible. Made reservations a week in advance drove 650 miles to roswell just to come to find out our reservation was canceled because extermination issues at the property. No email, no phone call nothing.....trying to find a room at 11 p.m at night after finding out it was canceled is not easy. How hard is it to sit at a desk and make contact to properly notify of a cancelation. Thank goodness though if this place has extermination issues thats gross for being a holiday in property its not meeting the standard set forth by the brand. To top it off the desk lady wearing a mask was rude about it. Wow! Look else where!!!

    Stayed here and overall the stay was great however they did charge me a pet fee for the night after me calling and telling them repeatedly that I do not own any pets whatsoever they refused to refund my money. I asked them to check cameras so that they knew I wasn’t lying but refused then stated they had evidence of fur in a bed! I don’t own animals due to being allergic so with that being said this is very unacceptable also the manger didn’t even try to contact me at all!

    The bathrooms need remolding as the toilet in handicap room was too short and no grab bars. The TV didn't work.
