    First room we were in smelled like pet urine. They had a plugin air freshener trying to cover the smell. They did let us change rooms. We do believe he know there was an issue with room 105. 3 stars only because of the fact we know they knew this room had issued they should not rent until they have it professionally cleaned. Don't try masking the smell.

    Both queen beds had used sheets. Paid far too much to not at least have clean bedding. The room smelled awful and even the bathtub was dirty.

    Very clean, comfortable hotel. We were able to get a room with 3 beds for our family of 5 which made our stay even better. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. They had parking accommodations for our truck & trailer. Highly recommend!

    I stayed the night at this location and I have to say that Im impressed by the costumer service. Sam was so helpful at helping me solve an issue with the booking agency. He was very helpful and very professional. The administrator and the other front desk person made sure everything was taking care of and made sure to give me a copy of everything. The breakfast was exceptional! Very clean and with great healthy options. Our room was very clean and AC was on when we arrived so it was great to walk in to a cool and very clean room. I totally recommend this hotel, I will stay here in the future for sure! We are very pleased.

    We tried stay here on our return from AZ. As we had in the past. We booked our room for an Friday night. But due to husband not feeling good, We didn't leave on that day. We called and tried to switch it to Saturday. We were told we couldn't switch it Or cancel it. So we call booking.com and cancel it. We stay at Super 8 that Saturday. Then we see we were charged for 2 night at 288.00 You got to be kidding me. They said we we were a no show the first night and cancel the 2nd night. We only had 1 night booked. I will never stay there again. Still fighting with the credit card people over this.🤬🤬
