I was dealing with a family emergency and I made a mistake upon a reservation through a third-party. I recommend you never booked through a third-party oh my goodness. I got double charged and they immediately got a hold of the GM and within 10 minutes everything was solved. Thank you thank you thank you for making what I’m going through a little bit easier. Appreciate all you do and I will be back on my way back through town. Phenomenal service and staff.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and did a great job, so I’m giving 5 stars because the employees shouldn’t take a hit for something outside their control. But I have to knock the breakfast a little. 😂 The pancake machine was wack — the picture speaks for itself. Bring back the make-your-own waffle station! That thing is gold. 🧇🏆 Great staff, comfortable stay, good experience overall. Just retire that pancake machine and give us our waffles back!

Hotel was great, we were just passing through for the night but would pick this hotel for extended stay. Clean and spacious room. Good location. breakfast included was just enough, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, sausage, potatoes and more.

Dante at the front desk went well out of his way to help us with the newly installed electric blinds that weren't closing. The room was otherwise clean, amenities were stocked, bed was VERY comfortable... everything we needed for a good night's rest. We appreciate Dante for going the extra mile to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Thanks so much for your consideration, Dante!
