    My favorite part of our 2 night stay here was the lady at the front desk working nights on 6/7, and 6/8. She had the best customer service skills we have seen in awhile, and you just don’t find people like that often. Obviously the hotel is under construction so there are definitely some things to be expected for sure… the bed was firm and was probably on the list to be replaced, the carpet felt grimy, the drawers randomly slide open on the nightstand lol there is some deep cleaning measures that need to be taken, but I think with their staff they will get it up where it needs to be. Breakfast options are good:all the classics (oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy), the pool was a lot of fun and they keep it freshly stocked with clean towels, and they have a working gym.

    Upon checking in, I had to leave my room because of a strong odor issue that seemed to affect the entire hotel. Unfortunately, the premises did not meet my standards, resulting in the most disappointing Holiday Inn Express stay.

    My family and I enjoyed our stay this weekend. It wasn’t the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, but it was nice. All the staff was super friendly. It was not crowded. It was actually pretty quiet. My kids enjoyed the free cookies and the pool. The only negatives were that there isn’t many channels on the TV, and the pull out bed from the couch was not in good shape at all. They are in the process of remodeling, so hopefully it’ll be even nicer soon!

    We recently stayed and employees were great. The bedding had bugs and my husband and I woke up with many bug bites. I informed staff. Sure hope this was taken care of. Probably won't take the risk again.

    Our room was super clean. I let them know it was hot & we ended up getting moved to the room next door! I didn't get her name but the lady that helped us was so nice & professional. She already had the room keys ready to go.We didn't even have to go back to the desk. The new room is also exceptionally clean & the AC is cold. The hot tub is fantastic. I won't stay anyplace else!!!
