My room was very clean.Counter lady was very sweet. All the amenities you could possibly want were in the room. Very quiet enjoyed it thank you.

First the good part. The motel is right off the freeway. After that, things get interesting. There is a reason it is next to a Super8 Motel--it is barely a step above. Our room had so much dirt inside the front door that the night manager actually came and swept it out. If you are on the wind side of the building this is just what happens here. The Internet router is weaker the farther you stay away from the office. We were on the end of the building and it barely worked. Our TV in the room did not work. The remote was not functional and the buttons on the TV made no sense.
The breakfast was OK. I will say they served real eggs, and this is a step up from many of the other Best Western motels.

Super kind staff. Let us know there was a pet fee as a walk in reservation. Great even for a one nights stay.
UPDATE : The only person that was working the front desk that morning, was not so friendly. And kind of rude to my child! But, the staff that night when first checking in was phenomenal!

UPDATE: Your response is a lie. Who did I report the water issue 10 minutes after we checked in? Are you saying that didn't happen either? By saying the water was 110 degrees in the room when you checked it was also a lie. 110 degrees is very hot. No one would complain if the shower is 110 degrees. The repair you said happened was done wrong. The cartridge your plumber put in was the reason we couldn't get hot water. Bottom line, your motel will continue to draw low end clients. We didn't ask for anything but we dont like being called a liar. Our shower at home is at 105 degrees, thats why we know your full of crap to say it was 110 degrees when you checked. God knows and at the end he will be the final judge.
We checked in on 6/3, Brandon seemed nice when he checked us in. We were given room 111 because we asked for a room on first floor. We get in the room and my wife goes to take a shower. There was no hot water. I go to the front desk and Brandon tells me he turned up heat on water heater to give it 10 minutes. We give it 20 minutes and still luke warm water. We decided to shower at 4am when no one else is up and showering so we can take a hot shower. At 4AM the water is luke warm and last for 3 to 5 minutes then its cold.
We check out around 5 AM and there is a nice young lady at the desk. I tell her of the situation and she instructs me to call Brandon around 9 AM. She also tells me they had issues with the same shower recently in room 111 and thought they fixed it. I told her it wasn't fixed and she agreed my wife can't get a good shower in 3 to 5 minutes before the water is cold.
I call Brandon around 9 or 10 AM and explained the situation. He tells me he checked the shower and its putting out 110 degrees of hot water. I told him that is BS and he pretty much called me and my wife a liar. Why would I take my time out of my day to call you and lie about a situation your own employee confirmed happened to another guest in the same room?
Sir, I don't have time to play games with people like you. Your motel has issues and your not providing a good experience and your service is poor at best. I didn't want a full refund, I was hoping for an acknowledgement that the issue was addressed and your taking care of it and you offer a partial refund being we could not take a shower. Instead you lied and said there was nothing wrong and called me a liar.
I will be contacting your corporate office with Best Western being your making them look bad and I will contact my credit card company and see if I have any legal avenue here to fight the charges. This could have been handled in a very cordial manner but you want to lie and belittle me for complaining about a legitimate issue that your own staff acknowledged was pre-existing and you thought was fixed. You have my number if you want to have an adult conversation with facts and not your attempt to make up a lie and say its working fine. You know thats a lie and that is what upset me, your lie is upsetting. I would not recommend your motel to anyone.
