  Stayed there 1 night. Room was great, except no coffee maker, and a little sign saying to conservative water coffee is in the lobby. I paid a lot of money for the room. I didn't get a bottle of water when I checked in. So in the morning after breakfast and ready to check out, I asked for a bottle of water from the front desk clerk, she pointed to the cooler and said 4 dollars and on a condesending tone "By the way you have to be a good or diamond member to get a bottle of water." I paid better the $150.00 for the room and they can't give me a bottle of water. Also I'm a Holiday member. I don't have all points tonget a bottle of water Also if they want to conserve water fix the leaking commode

  This hotel was one of the best we stayed in during our last road trip. Clean, comfy and excellent service. The complementary breakfast was actually good and a nice touch. We checked out and was an hour West of the hotel when my wife realized she left some jewelry in the room. Called the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful. Located the jewelry and we took them up on their offer to mail the jewelry back to our home. True to their word, the package arrived within a few days. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Avoid the taco bell next door though ;(. That was a separate review.

  The rooms feel like prison cells. Anyways we paid for and scheduled for a 6am breakfast. They still hadn’t served the breakfast we paid for at 6am by 7am.

  I was traveling with four kids which meant the only option was a suite. The room was clean and suited our needs. There was a lot of outside lights coming in at night. The only problem with the room would be the bright light in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a soft light for night time use. Our biggest problem was breakfast. I love the variety of food, but we eat a kosher diet and there was nothing but eggs for us. I wish more hotels would offer turkey bacon or sausage, as well as whole grain options. We were on the top floor and unfortunately at the time the bathroom by the pool was out of order.

  This is one of the cleanest nicest hotels I have stayed in a while I give this team props super nice
