I tried to use my points two days in a row and the IHG would not allow me use points to pay for a hotel stay. I have over 200,000 thousand points, I have stayed at many IHG hotels to earn those points. That's an incredible amount of money and yet I was not allowed to use those earned points at this location. This stay was because my brother inlaw passed away on Friday evening.
I am now switching over to Hilton, because I logged into the Hilton app and booked my room with points, that same day. This is what makes or breaks a customer. If it weren't for the customer service of Shaunté, I wouldn't have stayed there that first night. Which I had to pay for. Mind you, it's about the money, but the principles of it. Where's the honor in IHG's mission statement?

Quiet and peaceful. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. With a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom is good sized and the shower is big enough for 2 to 3 people. Only thing missing is a bathtub. They have a pool, hot tub, BBQ place, and even a continental breakfast.

Always a pleasure to stay here, I've been here multiple times over the last few years and have really enjoyed my stay, pool and jacuzzi are very clean, there's a gym also.
Three rooms and non of them are acceptable! First had no heat or ac, second room no tv guide, third room no heat or ac again. All rooms are very noisy as its on the highway!
