I start to charge my cyber truck on their property and had to use the restroom and Audrey was very polite and allowed me to use the facilities multiple times during my charge session. Wonderful customer service.

The atmosphere is a typical Best Western. We had a slight problem when we entered the room, but staff took care of it right away. Very friendly front desk reception and housekeeping.

My family and I stay at your property often, and overall we have generally appreciated the accommodations and convenience. However, the repeated negative interactions we have experienced with the breakfast staff member have become discouraging enough that we no longer feel comfortable participating in the complimentary breakfast service during our visits.
Unfortunately, the attendant’s attitude has consistently come across as unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times dismissive toward guests. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we often feel uncomfortable entering the breakfast area at all. Because of these experiences, we now choose to skip breakfast entirely despite it being one of the amenities included with our stay.
As frequent guests, this has been particularly disappointing. Hospitality and customer service play a major role in the overall guest experience, and we believe this issue deserves attention. We are not writing this to create conflict, but rather in hopes that management can address the situation and help ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected.
Also, with all the due respect the turkey bacon is a bad choice of replacing real bacon. It looks like my dogs treats which is very unappealing.

I've always been happy to stay at Best Western, but I arrived at 3 AM, couldn't drive anymore, saw the hotel and figured I'd get a couple hours of sleep. I walk up to the front desk, say good night, and she looked at me like I had offended her. Then she asked what I wanted, no greeting, nothing. I was in my work uniform with a badge, driving a work truck. When I told her I needed a room, her only response was: -no, no, we not, no…' No explanation, no apology, nothing. Extremely strange and disrespectful,she practically threw me out on the street at 3 in the morning. Thanks for the service. sarcasm

I personally had a great experience at this Best Western. My room was very clean, modern, crisp white sheets. Everything looked fresh and new.
I was originally scheduled to stay at the other best western in Gallup, which is downtown. I pulled up to THAT ONE which is located downtown Gallup and the neighborhood just wasn’t my cup of tea, so I came to THIS one which was 6-8 minutes away and located in a very quiet part of town, on the west side.
I’m feeling like some of these reviews might be people mixing up the two locations.
There’s no transients, it’s very quiet, new looking and people staying here were obviously travelers like myself….
I would also like to say that my car was packed to the roof with suitcases and I was too tired to unpack it and it was just fine through the night.
Staff was excellent! Very nice and thoughtful. I get up very early (4 am) and staff was present and available at the desk which made me feel safe.
