  This location is gross. The lobby restrooms always smell like sewage and out of order most of the times I’ve been here.

  Service was very good. Checkin and breakfast server were great. Room not so great. Spacious. Nice, but layout of the bathroom sucked. Why cram the toilet in a corner with the top on top of you? Nice place. Bad room layout.

  I booked a single king room. I was assigned a twin queen next to the elevator. The elevator is very noisy and squeaks when in operation. When I went back down to the desk and said I booked a king bed, I was told they were overbooked. I asked my options, and was told that someone else had not checked in yet for their king room reservation, and they swapped us rooms. (Now someone else will be upset. It’s 10pm here when this occurred) The rooms don’t smell good. There are small square pillows, 2 for each person which is silly. I won’t be staying here again.

  Horrible experience and bad location! Booked a room through Hotel.com and am also a BW member. Upon arriving front desk woman was rude and mean!! Told me I had no reservation! I gave her my confirmation and still was rude and said nope! She said oh you booked third party and then really treated me horribly!! Said well your card was declined and we cancelled your room. Well I gave her my card and it went through just fine, asked her how it could be canceled before I even checked in?? Then she was less than accommodating and gave me a room on the horribly noisy side by highway! She said that is what I get! It is in a less than desirable location, horribly noisy and near several truck stops. Honestly did not even seem like a safe area! I left so stressed out and in tears. She even locked the front door and told me either go around the back or force the door open with my hands. She REFUSED to give me her name and said there was no manager available . She flat out told me you just need to leave. In 40 years of traveling all over the country and the world, it was the worst experience I have ever had. I am done with BW!! Went back to Hilton Garden Inn and am a HH member. Amazing front desk staff, so kind and accommodating! Beautiful hotel and accommodations, great service and also an awesome restaurant. BW a dump compared to my stay down the road. Well worth the extra money!!!! Shame on the the front desk! This woman should not be working anywhere in the service industry!’
