  It's very unfortunate. I really have never had this experience at any IHG hotel. I just got in to my room and put my things down from getting dinner and the next thing I know someone I don't even know is walking in my room. I'm sure the man was equally surprised but this never should have happened. How did he get my room and entry key. I told the front desk. They apologized to me and gave me sone extra points...They offered to move my room to a double queen room. Bring a woman traveling alone for work and traveling in an unfamiliar area - this was not acceptable. It never should have happened.

  Everything about our stay was great. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. All the staff we met during our visit was friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and on the 3rd floor. DirecTV in the room. Fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was good. Water was hot. Place was clean and well kept. Pool and hottub were fine. No complaints. Standard Holiday Inn Breakfast with warm bar, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and cereal. Coffee was good.

  I’m writing this review with so much gratitude in my heart; My friend and I were on a cross-country road trip (from Tampa to Seattle) when we broke down in Cuba, NM. We were stranded on the side of the highway for over 10 hours before AAA came to tow us to Farmington. My friend and I arrived at 9 am the morning after we had booked our first night. The staff were so kind to us when we explained our situation to them, they let us check in to our room at 9 am and did not charge us for the night we had missed. They were also very understanding and made accommodations for a pet cat that was traveling with us. The guy at the front desk even let me borrow his phone cable so i could charge my phone in the lobby. To the whole staff: thank you so much for your flexibility and hospitality, without you guys we probably would’ve spent another night stranded on the highway. And to SYDNEY: I wish i could’ve met you in person to give you a hug. My mom was the lady that was speaking with you on the phone, but genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us out during a tough time. I pray the universe will repay you for the kindness you showed us!! (You deserve to be employee of the month!! (if yall take nominations from patrons of course)) much love, lauren from dallas

  It was a very friendly place. People were polite. The place was very clean and comfortable and if u needed something they were there to help on the spot.
