  Just needed a place to sleep and shower. Had a fast breakfast. All as expected. Did the job.

  It looks bad dark when you pull up we thought it was closed. Walking in dirty. Room found a roach and hair in both beds. Breakfast did not even try. But did get a cup of coffee something was floating bot sure if it was a but or coffee craft dirty. Had to dump. I would not recommend. I was so tempted fogo walk out after checking out room but we were so exhausted after grooving 12 hours. But I know when I check in to hotel I want to feel safe & have a decent stay this was not it.

  It is being remodeled. Very friendly staff. I'd like to see IHI change the breakfast offering though. Not my favorite.

  Have a Deming address on your driver's license? Don't plan to stay at this Holiday Inn Express - for ANY REASON! Deming Holiday Inn Express turned my wife & I away last night, even though we are rewards members; had a confirmed reservation; and explained we're in the process of moving & have no furniture here. Why? You might ask. Because my driver's license had our Deming address, and their policy is not to rent rooms to locals. No, "I'm sorry." Just "We don't allow rentals to locals, it's our policy." My wife called Holiday Inn Express's corporate # - the representative couldn't find it in the corporate policy, so he called Deming's front desk. It's Deming H.I.E.'s policy! It's not a law and not the policy for all hotels in Deming. I know because we went right next door and stayed at Hampton Inn.

  Been traveling 13 hours today with kids. We normally love staying at Holiday Inns but tonight changed our minds for good. We booked our room in advance under my boyfriends name and used my card with my name. Unfortunately, during our travels, his physical ID was lost. Although I have a physical ID and he has a picture of his actual ID on his phone, the girl at the desk refused to work with with us whatsoever! She said we just needed to show her a form with his name and the ID had his picture, name and our address on it. Unfortunate events happen when families travel and it is horrible that she rather our family be out on the street then work with us since the room is non-refundable! Of course there is "no manager on duty" a nd when I called the number on the card provided got sent to voicemail. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn the day prior and they still were able to work with us and not hassle us, so we didnt expect to deal with this since I had mine and he had a picture of his. Beyond furious. Looking forward to speaking with management soon.
