    The rooms are pretty good, except for the fact I saw a 🪳 roach crawling around. Also the location is pretty difficult to see.

    Wir sind mit diesem Motel sehr zufrieden! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, der Standort für einen Roadtrip optimal und unser Zimmer ist ruhig und wirkt frisch renoviert. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei! Dazu ist der Preis für eine Übernachtung von 82 Euro absolut in Ordnung!

    Pésimo servicio Llamamos para hacer una reservacion por llamada a lo que preguntamos a que hora podíamos hacer check in y los precios por un día a lo que se nos hizo bien. El dia que llegamos estuvimos a la hora que nos habíamos "reservado", nos dijeron otro precio más elevado y nos dijeron que el check in era más tarde entonces le dijimos que no coincidía a la información que habíamos hecho por llamada a lo que queríamos cancelar ya que no mos respetaron lo que se supone habíamos preguntado y ellos habían confirmado. Al final si cancelabamos teníamos que pagar por incumplimiento cuando ellos fueron los que nos proporcionaron mala información. Los empleados solo mos dieron una tarjeta para llamar y le explicamos pero ignoraban el hecho que ellos mintieron lo la información, solo decía que teníamos que pagar por incumplimiento Al final tuvimos que pagar lo del hotel y todavía 40 extra si queríamos pasar a la habitación a la hora que se supone podíamos pasar

    Hell I've got to say I don't know what the negative reviews are about this place. The gal at the front desk she was as sweet as can be. And my room is huge and it's nice I mean I don't know what else to say. And I like the fact that there's nobody above me running around it's single floor!

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged or thanked as an Elite member of Best Western, which was disappointing. I arrived slightly early and asked about checking in. The front desk clerk immediately responded in a sharp tone that it would be an additional $25. I agreed without hesitation, as I understand policies are policies, but the interaction remained tense and unwelcoming. From the beginning, the service was rude and off-putting. The clerk appeared disengaged and at one point seemed to be working on a personal laptop. Throughout the process, there was little to no effort made to provide even basic hospitality. We were only given one room key. It appeared they had a very limited supply, as the clerk was sorting through older plastic keys. While I would have understood if this had been explained, there was no communication—just a single key handed over with no card holder and no explanation. A simple, polite explanation would have made a big difference, but instead the response felt abrupt and dismissive. The parking situation was also frustrating. Due to ongoing dust storms, I was directed to park my trailer—loaded with Harley motorcycles—in a gravel lot. I asked if the hotel was full and was told yes. However, when I checked around 11:00 PM, there were only a handful of vehicles in the lot. There was clearly space along the fence line where I could have parked, which would have provided some protection from the dust. This lack of consideration was disappointing. The dust itself became a significant issue. Around 3:00 AM, I woke up coughing and, when I turned on the light, could visibly see dust particles circulating throughout the room. While I understand dust storms are a natural occurrence, the amount of dust entering the room suggests poor sealing—something as simple as weatherstripping on doors could help address this. There also appeared to be a manager on-site, as the clerk referenced them multiple times, yet no one ever came out to assist, intervene, or address concerns directly. I do have photos and video documenting the dust storms and the precautions we had to take to protect the exposed motorcycles, although there doesn’t appear to be a way to include them in this review. To be clear, I can understand environmental challenges like dust storms. What I cannot overlook is the consistent lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality. That ultimately made this a very disappointing stay.
