  Danny (the owner) was exceedingly friendly and informative and the premises was in top condition. The room we got was large and modern and very clean and the towels were very nice as well. All in all very highly recommended!!!

  This is THE WORST, most UNETHICAL BEST WESTERN IN THE CHAIN! They don't take reservations directly, but instead use Bookonline.com, and did not tell me that they were doing that when I was making the reservation. AND, they have it set up to be non-refundable in the case of cancellation, WITHOUT TELLING ME. I got screwed out of $148 with no alternative to me except having the credit card value challenged. That, or possibly me getting an attorney involved. There is enough suspiciously furtive and likely criminal activity going on with this Best Western Clovis NM hotel that I advise anyone to NOT USE THIS BEST WESTERN!!! DON'T LET THEM SCREW YOU.

  I haven’t stayed in the best Western for many years and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We left too early to try out the breakfast, but it was nice to have coffee and juices available. I would have preferred that the sink area of the bathroom be in with the toilet and shower instead of right when you walked in the door. But other than that, I can highly recommend it. There was some street noise so it was helpful to have a sound machine.

  I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Cannon A.F.B. in Clovis, NM. I want to express how much I appreciated the help provided over the phone by Danny prior to my booking. His assistance was instrumental in my decision to choose your hotel. Additionally, I would like to recognize Mona for the wonderful help she provided to me and my relatives after we arrived. Their professionalism and hospitality made a significant difference in our experience. I must mention that I was a little disappointed with the specific room conditions during my stay.
