  Working nights sleeping days smoke alarm goes off for no reason after falling asleep. While sleeping they turned the temp up on the ac thermostat, returned from work and they turned thermostat back up to 76 degrees, on the 4th floor it’s like an oven. The location is the weirdest place I’ve ever seen you have to go through a neighborhood to get to it

  We stayed here for our trip to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and it was the good home base. It's an easy, straightforward 20-mile drive right to the park entrance, which made timing our cave tour reservation completely stress-free. The property itself feels very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are incredibly spacious and come equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, which is a lifesaver for packing lunches and storing snacks for a long day of hiking. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast in the morning had a great selection to fuel us up before heading out, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. After walking miles underground, coming back to relax by the indoor pool was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the caverns!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a small issue with the hot water in my room, and Dawn at the front desk took care of it right away. Instead of making it a hassle, she got me upgraded to a better room and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciate the great customer service and how smoothly everything was handled.

  My wife and I recently stayed two nights here to visit the Carlsbad Cavers. Upon checking in we felt welcomed and were checked into our room quickly, the evening shift and night shift crew are wonderful people and we had everything we needed taken care of. The staff were friendly and had good concession variety available at the front desk, we had pizza and cold drinks. Breakfast was hot and different each day with juice and coffee available to take to go. Amenities like the gym and pool were small but clean and usable, we enjoyed some time in the pool and I had the opportunity to use the treadmill before checking out, everything went well during our stay and I would rate this 5 our of 5. The room was large and clean, the bed was the very comfortable and allowed us to recover form our main adventure for the day. The bathroom was also large and clean we do appreciate the housekeeping service how hard they work and how nice and welcoming they've been during our stay. Thank you again for the amazing stay we will likely come back should we choose to visit Carlsbad again.
