Very clean, maintained, good breakfast, gym, an staff is friendly an accommodating with walmart, skat-O-mania, maverik in less then 0.2-0.9 miles distance great location.
This hotel changed their name many times. I made a reservation thru Bestwestern used my points but they didn't know how to check-me in using combination of Bestwestern points and credit cards. They ended up charged me more on my credit card than I owed. I called in asked why but they couldn't figured out why overcharged were happened. I also called Bestwestern and they also couldn't explained why overcharged were happened and suggested me to talk to the hotel directly. As well as they have complementary coffee near reception desk all times but coffee was room temperature hot. I do not recommend this hotel!

This hotel is currently in transition so be gentle with the response. This is a nice hotel with very kind staff. They are knowledgeable and have personal items for sale behind the counter. Buying from them is cheaper than the vending machines. But if you need more, there is a gas station around the corner (walking distance, about 5 min), or restaurants across the street and down the street. Albertsons is a quarter mile away.
STAY HYDRATED while visiting the area!!! Albuquerque is at an elevation and the heat can be deceiving even with a breeze!
Walked in, took 1hr to get booked in because of computer issues. Paid $280 for only 3hrs of sleep.

Beware!!!!!! Do NOT stay here if you have dogs. We stayed the night with our dogs. First of all, the fees were outrageous on top of the room. The employees also charged us $175 for sheets because our "dogs chewed them up." My dogs are little. One is geriatric without teeth. They couldn't even jump on the bed if they wanted to. They said they had cameras and 3 witnesses? Witnesses to what? Cameras to see what?
We paid for our dogs. They also claimed that we stayed in room 220, when we stayed in 228. The story kept changing from them. They are literally trying to and did charge our card for $175 for sheets. They also said the sheets were crumpled on the floor. They weren't. We left them on the bed. We were too tired to take the bedding off the bed. I also put all the towels in the bath tub because I believe in keeping rooms neat. After seeing the pictures of the sheets they claimed were from our room, the bag they pulled them from also had paper plates. We ate at the Waffle House and didn't eat in the room. We were so tired and just needed a place to crash and ended up paying about $500 for one nights stay. Not worth it. I'm looking forward to speaking with the manager tomorrow. Edit: spoke to the manager today. She was very defensive, spoke over us and claimed our dogs chewed up 9 sheets? Our dogs are 12lbs and have been extensively trained. They never chew up anything. We have stayed in hotels all across the country and have NEVER had an issue.
DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!
