  After a long, exhausting day of travel our Priceline booking did not show up and Andrea was absolutely ideal for this situation. She was so pleasant and fixed our issues. Please give her a raise, she deserves it!

  Very noisy air conditioner—you can literally hear it from the hallways! Some rooms smell very bad due to the probability of housekeeping heating their foods in the room ovens when customers didn’t book the room yet according to front office staff. Bathroom door’s sides were literally broken. Although, the front office staff was able to exchange a similar room to accommodate the loud air conditioning but not for the smelly room due to the lack of rooms available. Breakfast food was good and bed cleaning was great.

  I booked a room through Booking.com and provided all of my personal information during the reservation process. However, upon check-in, I was asked to provide the same details again. Since it was very late and I was already tired, this felt unnecessary and inconvenient. It would be more efficient if the check-in process were streamlined to avoid repeating information that has already been submitted.

  This was a very clean place to stay. Room and Bathroom was very well cleaned. Breakfast was good. And location just off I40 was very nice. I will stay here again and give a very good recommendation.
