We stayed here for 3 nights with our children. I felt safe. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Out of all the IHG group hotels we stayed at on this trip, this hotel was by far the best. The breakfast was the best, with a range of foods for everyone's dietary needs. Thank you.

This was a pleasure visit with my wife. I typically stay in hotels like this with a kitchen and full size fridge for the convenience of cooking for myself if I choose to do so. In most cases there is an icemaker in the refrigerator, which is how this hotel stated in their overview and room selection. The reason for 4 stars for the room is the lack of an icemaker. I encounter plenty where the icemaker is installed and not working. In this case they didn't bother to install it. I inquired at the desk and was told if I needed ice, they could get it from the kitchen. I mentioned what their website said. I received a blank stare and a half-hearted "sorry." Next, on to breakfast. Standard IHG fare for the most part. There were some nice additions like fresh fruit and Hatch chiles. There was a soda fountain from which only some varieties worked. Coffee was usually empty. The person responsible for the breakfast area was slow to refill items and often wouldn't until asked. However, when breakfast was nearly timed out she began cleaning up and removing items while people were still serving themselves. The rooms were nice. Well cleaned. Parking was tight. Narrow spaces and not near enough. After a night out we were forced to park at the farthest end of the building. Not normally a problem, but this hotel has only two entrances. Neither is at the far ends. Thankfully there weren't monsoon rains happening at the time.

Stay here if you want your car broken into and stuff stolen. Inadequate lighting, no security cameras, "stinks for you" attitude by the front desk. Be warned.

I just wanted to comment on my fantastic stay at your Staybridge Suites North on Signal Drive in Albuquerque, NM. I was there for 3 nites (8/6-8/9) and from day one I had the best experience. I arrived 2 hours early from my 5 hour drive. I did not expect to get a room yet but checked in. I was going to go have lunch but was told he had a room ready and in fact upgraded me to a suite! The suite was awesome! It was immaculately clean and welcoming! My room was right around the corner from the pool and gym. I absolutely heard no noise from either place. The quiet self close doors were awesome and I never heard people talking if they walked down the hall! Even though I didn’t cook it was great having a full kitchenette! I did bring food back to the frig and used the microwave. All appliances were kept very clean and I had no hesitancy using them. The cold water bottles were a nice surprise. The bed was amazing, firm yet soft and I had the best “sleeps” in a long time! I’d love to know the name of the vender as I’d love to get one! The bathroom is small but adequate. The shower/tub was spotlessly clean with lovely linens. It was very nice having all the amenities already there. The sofa and large screen TV in the living room were comfortable and a great addition. The TV in the bedroom was very nice. They had a nice variety of of shows/programs to choose from. I never heard vehicles parking or leaving nor did I hear anyone talking. The breakfast times were excellent and the good exceptional. There was a huge variety to choose from and plenty of seating available. Marissa (?) was so helpful and friendly when I checked out as was the gentleman that checked me in. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. I have nothing but positive things to say and I plan to search out more IHG properties when I travel. I am 75 and hope to travel more now that I have a facility I truly felt safe at and enjoyed. I plan to leave more reviews on Yelp, Google and anywhere else I can think of. Your lodging is certainly the exception compared to many other facilities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
