  It was an amazing experience my first time in town from New Orleans and I enjoyed every moment I’ve been here with my daughter.. Big shot out to Paris Joey and Luis they put the cheery on top of the experience. Most definitely will be back, and I want the same hotel and but with a tub instead of a shower.

  The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was so cozy that, as always, I never wanted to get out of it. 😴 The customer service was excellent. A special thank-you to Nini for being so welcoming and helpful! The breakfast wasn’t noteworthy. We paid an additional $10, but the quality and selection left much to be desired and did not feel worth the extra cost. Win some, lose some! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall, we had a comfortable night and appreciated the great service. Thank you, Albuquerque!

  This place was the worst holiday inn we've ever been to. The staff was nice, but the place needs to be shut down and completely renovated. There were stains everywhere. All the furniture, the walls, the carpets. There were broken floor tiles everywhere. There was drywall dust on the floor in the bathroom below the broken toolet paper holder. Far below what I expect from IHG.

  I booked this hotel as we were arriving late and I am an IHG member. I am used to the standard of Holiday Inns in Europe and therefore I trusted it. Our plane had a delay so we arrived rather late after an intercontinental flight and we just wanted to rest. Room 305 was substandard for any hotel level. The shower tap was constantly and seriously dripping. I immediately told the front desk, who was really nice and offered to change me to room 303, but that room does not have an accessible shower (i.e. only has the fixed showerhead, like the ones in gyms, something unthinkable of in European Holiday Inns), so, as we were really tired, we stayed in 305. Worst decision ever - it was impossible to close the shower faucet which kept dripping all night. And this doesn't seem to be a new thing (there is another review with the same comment), the whole faucet was wobbly and crusty with calcareous deposits, plus paint is peeling all over the bathroom, meaning this is an old, unsolved problem (paint doesn't bubble up this way in a day). The humidity is visible and the damp stench is unbearable and the air conditioning was so loud that we thought we were on the runway. Rooms are not clean - the headboards both in room 305 and 303 are full of fingerprints and other marks, as is the bathroom. Room 303 also has damp issues resulting from it being next to the 305 bathroom, and there are already signs of humidity and rot. The hotel is sad and tattered overall, and as a first impact of a US Holiday Inn it was rather a shock. Compared to any European Holiday Inn (even Express) the quality of the rooms and the quality/selection of breakfast items is extremely poor. I have given it a 2 only because the staff was really nice. In fact, I did not book it for our return trip to Albuquerque, we stayed at another hotel nearby. For hotel management - please don't reply with the bog standard "thank you bla bla, we value your bla bla, we will look into bla bla" as you reply to others. I have now read similar reviews on Google and Tripadvisor and you need to invest in a refurbishment/renovation, this is not cosmetic. Plus please clean the carpets and AC filters too, and sanitize surfaces, they are worthy of a CSI crimescene.

  my stay at this holiday inn was amazing! the front desk assistant, Claudia, was extremely kind and helpful! they assisted with an hour early check in as well, while the room was spacious, clean, and came with all necessary toiletries. the breakfast was great, and this location was also only 10 mins away from First Financial Amphitheater which was the reason for my stay. also a very convenient location with lots of food and gas options around, with easy access to the freeways. overall very happy with this booking and will definitely stay here again when i come to albuquerque again!
