  I got into my and the TV does not work I guess they working on something but part of the stay is the TV but the front desk said all of them were out. I wish I would have known about that situation before I checked in that would have helped a lot I would have went somewhere else for the night i just dont like the fact that nothing was said till after. It really makes for a bad stay in my opinion

  They will LIE and say you smoked in the room! After they gave me 2 dirty rooms had to move rooms 3 times. I am diamond elite, I’m pretty sure I know the rules! I would never smoke in a hotel room! I believe we were profiled! Because whyyy would they even lie about this! And housekeeping supervisor verified that she NEVER reported any smoke smell! So make that make sense! WHO made those claims? Front desk???? He didn’t go into our room? Housekeeping didn’t report any smoke smell??? So where did this LIE come from? Also the front desk guy tried to make it seem like we were lying about another guy staying in our room. We stated he is NOT staying with us. He just came in to use the bathroom IN THE LOBBY while we checked into our room. That was our cousin and he was staying at the staybridge down the street. But the front desk guy kept trying to make it seem like he was staying in the room with us. I believe this hotel has racist employees that profiles and lies on their POC customers. Will never stay here again. Management never called back to correct the smoke fee they charged my card. Never apologized or anything. No one could answer my question on who claimed we smoked in the room. When housekeeping already stated she didn’t report it. So what is really going on…

  Very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. TinaMarie and Roger are truly the best! I’m on the road a lot for business, and I rarely come across a place that makes me feel this welcomed. The hotel was clean and quiet, and my room was incredibly comfortable. The A/C worked great, the bed was very comfy, and I especially liked that the room had mostly hard flooring instead of carpet—it just made everything feel even cleaner. The highway is close by, but there really wasn’t much road noise at all. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be returning!

  Good location, pretty clean facility, wasn't a whole lot to complain about. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broke and the ice machine on the first floor was broke so you had to go all the way to the third floor every time. There was water at the front desk when I tried to get ice water for the water bottle my water bottle the front desk lady said don't do that. So I guess I'm confused why there's water then if guest are not supposed to drink it as a guest. If they had ice machines that worked I wouldn't have been trying to get ice cold water for my water bottle. Solution fix your ice machine downstairs which is 10 ft away from the ice cold water then people won't take the cold water that you put out for them to take in the first place. Other than that the whole bottom downstairs was under construction there's no pool no hot tub and the workout room was closed and pretty much was noisy the whole time because construction work was being done. Other than that lady telling people not to get ice water from the water pitcher that they put out for guest it wasn't a bad place to stay I would recommend them for the most part.

  We had a fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Albuquerque! I was in town for work, and my spouse joined me. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional; every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and we had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was especially impressive-fresh, delicious, and one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Our only issue was the thermostat. During the night, the A/C would occasionally shut off, and we had to adjust the temperature up and back down to get it running again. If that gets fixed, I honestly couldn’t ask for a better stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. It also made us want to try other Holiday Inn Express locations-hopefully they’re just as great!
