PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! They are under renovation and it’s not worth the price. My husband and I picked this hotel months ago because it’s close to the balloon fiesta park for boots in the park. It took so long to check in and the receptionist charged us extra for using a 3rd party site. No pool and no gym. This is not stated anywhere on their website so they should not be charging full price. There are men there in the lobby and hallway where the rooms are, plastering the walls in the open where people are walking by. Everyone gets to breathe this stuff in. The room is small but too small. There was a stain in the bed. The breakfast is free and they have a good variety of things.

Tina Marie deserves a promotion! At the very least a good raise! Her customer service is top notch and she went above and beyond to ensure their stay was the best. My family was traveling and got a room that was renovated from our last stay and it was awesome! They ended up leaving an Apple Watch behind and the staff held it until they cam back through town. This is the place you want to stay if you are traveling through Albuquerque

Remodeling in progress but this is not mentioned on the site. My room and the hallway smelled of paint. Construction noise 12+ hrs/day. Dirty and inaccessible hallways due to construction. Pool is closed. Internet was bad. I couldn't get all the necessary pages for work to load, and instagram wouldn't load more than a few photos. Didn't try to watch movies/tv on my laptop or video call but I'd expect problems. Pillows were bad, very squishy with zero support. Remodeled room is ok, lighting not great and showerhead not updated, but nice to not have carpet. Good couch (not for sleeping) but a coffee table would have been nice. Breakfast was fine, typical of the modern hot continental: eggs, meat, pancake machine, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Very loud echoy dining area. Location is ok: not too much highway noise, but getting onto 25 requires a U-turn which is difficult to make. 20 min north of downtown depending on traffic. After remodel, this will probably be an ok hotel, but the parent company needs to make this explicit. Super annoying to bring a bathing suit for nothing and smell paint all night!!

Tina Marie was so helpful. We needed to get our wash done and she walked us through every step. We run a small business called 2LaneLife where service is key. We would hire her in a minute if she lived in Our town! You better keep and take care of her! Great job Tina!

Great location. Clean rooms. The hotel is being remodeled and updated. Our room was quiet. Tinamarie was wonderful. She took the time to tell us nearby places to eat. We will stay here again!
