Worst experience. Booked a Mountain View for a quieter night. They gave me a room with no curtain. When I called to let them know they said they knew it didn’t have a curtain and they didn’t have anything else. I was told they would call my room and figure something out. Got a call back saying that they have a room on the city side but warned me. It would be very loud at this point it was past 9 PM so we tried it walked into the room for two seconds. There was screaming outside cops everywhere and the room had trash on the floor by bed so it wasn’t even clean and we ultimately decided we will not be sleeping there left the hotel explained the front desk. We can’t stay here because what we paid for was not given to us front desk said that she would talk to management about getting a refund. The refund never happened. I still got charged when I called on Monday to speak to management at location. They told me that there was no refund and that they provided another room. So $250 for nothing and front desk manager was zero help. Do not stay here.

Do not stay at this location!!! I was staying for a work training with multiple colleagues. I had 3 cockroaches in my room as did some coworkers. When I bought it up to the front desk the response was “oh! That means it’s going to rain”. I also left with bug bites all over my body. The manager took over a week to respond and I was told it was not their fault and no further correspondence was needed.
Not to mention the dangerous neighborhood just outside the property.
I’ve been an IHG member for years and never had a worse experience

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice location near to gas stations, a museum and a Starbucks. The only issue we had was that at breakfast the fridge didnt seem to be working and the milk my daughter grabbed was chunky. I'm sure thats been addressed though. Pool area was clean.

Took a chance to stay here to spend my birthday in the Metro to get away from home using 27K Points. Fire Alarm goes off at 720, multiple guest including us use the stairs and get outside. Not once does staff informed us of protocol, fire truck shows up as does police...they let us back in the building with no information as to why it went off and here it is 831pm and its still on. Finally went off at 834pm...partial areas of the room are renovated however areas like the restroom tiles tubs and broken lamp in sitting area show hotel has seen better days same goes for hallways, carpets and doors overall never staying here again
