  We would stay at this location again. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was typical continental breakfast and I felt it was a fairly safe area. We did not have any issues.

  The room rates are very reasonable and have very scenic views of the mountains. The breakfast is fantastic; eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, pastries, grits, hash brown,... The hotel is "NO DOGS ALLOWED", but hardheaded pet owners will slip their dogs into the backdoor. The last time I went to the place both elevators smelled like very strong dog urine. I had to change my rooom twice, because they smelled like strong dog urine. I have stayed at this place three times, but NEVER AGAIN,...I cannot deal with people who think everyone should put up with the smell of dog piss. Some people intentionally let their dogs piss in the elevators just to be an annoyance to everyone else. I ccannot believe how someone could cause that much damage to the owners while knowing it takes tens of thousands of dollars to replace carpet.

  The gentleman that checked us in was not very friendly at all. I had asked to be put close to the main entrance. Because me and my husband both have mobility issues. We were placed on the 3rd floor Upon getting to our room, everything was fine. The room was clean, didn't have no complaints about the room. Went to the pool to go swim, pool is dirty. Slimy, bottom, no towels, than we Went back to the room to take a shower to come to find out The shower is broken call downstairs Ask for maintenance to come fix the shower So we could take a shower And then they moved us to a different room mind you, me and my husband both have mobility issues. I'm on oxygen, so we're having to carry around an oxygen concentrator and they move us down to the 2nd floor get to the room, and you can just smell the mold everywhere, looked up to the ceiling, looked like the bathtub had fell through from the top floor and they did a sloppy Job fixing it, and you could see mold growing on the roof with my breathing issues. My husband decided to say, you know what, that's enough. Let's just leave, we'll see about getting A. Refund because these are not our fault for having to check out of the room. days later They only gave me 50%. Of what we paid for the room. Even though we had to leave, drive all the way home, cancel all our plans. That we had, they only decided to give us 50%. I do not recommend this place and I hope that other businesses Take them off of their listings for rooms. If I could give them a zero star, I would.
