  Deseree is amazing! She is the only one on duty and have to run both the shuttle and check in so give her some time if you see no one at the front desk! She really went above and beyond---calling to check in on the room, and calls me when my delivery arrived! Never had that experience even in a 5 start hotel. The rooms are newly rennovated with big TV, microwave and fridge. Everything looks great and clean. However, since it was a Sleep Inn, the walls are a bit thin and you can hear everything happening on the hallway. The chair is a little hard to sit on too.

  Close to the airport, clean, and professional staff, especially April. She greeted us and ensured our stay was pleasant. Overall, if we ever return, we will definitely stay here again.

  My husband and I were in town for the first time, just to relax in a different place, so my husband booked Garner because it’s by IHG. Upon arriving and throughout our stay, April went above and beyond to ensure our stay was peaceful and pleasant. Not only was she professional, she was kind and personable. Thank you, April for being you…we truly appreciate it.

  I've never been to a Garner Hotel before, but during our cross country roadtrip, Albuquerque's Garner hotel had fantastic prices. I didn't expect much because it was so inexpensive, but despite some renovations happening on the first floor, this is the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've been in for the whole 3 weeks I've been on the road. Deseree checked me in and was so sweet and helpful! The hotel is quiet, my king room is comfortable and I couldn't be happier.

  We had a great stay. We were greeted by Desiree, who was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a room with a microwave and she found us one. She made sure to give us a lot of information about the hotel. She offered us warm cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. After we got settled in our room, she called to make sure we were satisfied. We were! The room was spotless. It had a great refrigerator with a little freezer. Desiree had mentioned the free washer/dryer and since we had been on the road for a week, we were so glad to be able to use them. The bed in the room was very comfortable and it was the first hotel we had been in that had both soft and firm pillows, labeled on the pillowcases. The next morning, we went down to breakfast. It was the most extensive breakfast we have had at a hotel in a very long time. Everything you could want. The attendant, Vicki, was very visible, keeping everything filled and clean. I had a spill and she immediately came over and cleaned it up, telling me not to worry at all. She was very nice. When we checked out, the people at the desk were very nice. I did not get their names. I forgot to ask for a receipt so, after we left, I called and asked for one to be emailed to me. Karen was the person who answered the phone. She was friendly and helpful and emailed me the receipt immediately. We had a great stay at the Garner Hotel in Albuquerque and would definitely recommend it!
